(Dec. 1, 2009) The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS San Juan (SSN 751) passes the historic Navy submarine, Nautilus, en route to Naval Submarine Base New London. San Juan made an historic first visit by a U.S. submarine to the South African city of Simon's Town and also conducted the first-ever exercises between the U.S. and South African navies.
