Chad Trammell couldn’t have purchased a better spot for his new law practice, just steps from the federal courthouse downtown.

INTERN #1: All he talked about was image therapy, or otherwise he'd cut it out. DVD:[Thought they were going to punch each other out.]
McCOY: Unbelievable.
INTERN #1: You have a different view, Doctor?

KIRK: Stay on top of it, Mister Sulu.
SULU: We're holding orbit, sir. The helm is sluggish.
SCOTT: Control circuits threatening to overload, Captain.
KIRK: Understood, Engineer. Mister Spock? We can't avoid these areas of turbulence.
SPOCK: I believe we'll have them plotted in a few more orbits, Captain.

Trammell Piazza Law Firm
Trammell inducted as 44th President of Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association
Saturday, May 5th, 2012
Texarkana attorney M. Chad Trammell was recently named president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) for the 2012-2013. Trammell was handed the symbolic gavel by Immediate Past President Michael Boyd of Magnolia during ATLA’s Annual Convention in Eureka Springs on May 4th.
“It has been a privilege working closely with Chad during my own tenure as ATLA’s President,” said Boyd. “I have every confidence that he will not only continue the work of strengthening our legal profession and protecting the jury system in Arkansas, but will also take the organization in new and exciting directions.”
The ceremony took place at the Annual Convention during a special dinner and reception honoring the new president at Eureka Springs’ Inn of the Ozarks. Nearly 20 Texarkana residents attended the event that featured numerous statewide awards and honorees, culminating with Trammell’s acceptance of the presidential gavel – a gesture symbolizing both his new office and his commitment to preserving our state and nation’s civil justice system.
“I accept this job with great humility because I am quite mindful of the great men and women who have held this job before me. It is who we are and what we stand for and whom we represent that makes our cause just and right. I am honored to lead an organization that stands for the protection of individual rights, consumer safety and the defense of the right to a trial by jury,” said Trammell. “Our civil justice system is the primary method for holding individuals and corporations accountable. Our jury system is the bedrock of our federal and state Constitutions, and as ATLA’s President, I will continue making the protection of that system a priority for the organization.”
An Ashdown native, Trammell received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1991. Upon graduating, he chose to serve his country by becoming a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG) within the United States Air Force, and after several years of service, was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain, receiving both the prestigious Air Force Commendation Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.
In 2003, he chose to return to Southwest Arkansas where he joined a Texarkana law firm and quickly rose to the level of partner. Working with the firm, he successfully tried numerous cases against negligent nursing homes, thereby providing justice to families and loves ones who had been neglected and abused. In 2010, Chad founded The Trammell Law Firm, PLLC in order to provide more personal service to clients while still achieving “big firm” results.

EDITH: Why does Spock call you Captain? Were you in the war together?
KIRK: We served together.
EDITH: And you don't want to talk about it? Why? Did you do something wrong?

KIRK: It's not yet time. McCoy isn't here.
SPOCK: We're not that sure of our facts. Who's to say when the exact time will come? Save her, do as your heart tells you to do, and millions will die who did not die before.

SPOCK: Or Captain, Edith Keeler will die this year. I saw her obituary. Some sort of traffic accident.

KIRK: I would not presume to debate you.
SPOCK: That is wise. In any case, were I to invoke logic, logic clearly dictates that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
KIRK: Or the one.

SPOCK: Or perhaps he prevents her from being killed. We don't know which.
KIRK: Get this thing fixed. We must find out before McCoy arrives.
SPOCK: Captain, suppose we discover that in order to set things straight again, Edith Keeler must die?

KIRK: How did she die? What day?
SPOCK: We can estimate general happenings from these images, but I can't trace down precise actions at exact moments, Captain. I'm sorry.
KIRK: Spock, I believe I'm in love with Edith Keeler.
SPOCK: Jim, Edith Keeler must die.
