This Is What I Think.

More news today, predictably.

Just heard on the local tv news that the full Ironman triathlon will return to Coeur d'Alene in the year 2021.

So that's more news for today, 10/15/2019.

None of that wimpy 70.3 for Ironman poseurs.

Not that I wouldn't try to finish the half-Ironman also. That would be one of my aspirations, if circumstances were better.

I've already completed the full-distance Ironman, which is 140 miles total distance in under 17 hours.

The half-distance Ironman, always known as Half-Ironman, until their marketing sales wienies thought up the Ironman 70.3, to make people who don't know better think that You, First Worlder, Are An Ironman!

Poseurs with their bucket-lists are always crowing about that.

I personally would like to have completed also the half-Ironman triathlon in Coeur d'Alene. My left foot has almost healed enough to make me think that I could start jogging again.

Alas, my newest theory. My theory that I am still stuck here after all this time because of The Plan. The plan that disconnects me from the past life of Kerry Burgess. To successfully accomplish the objective, whatever it is I can only sit here at this desk and speculate, I must abandon the ambitions I enjoyed in the past.

I have been contemplating the life of a replicant.

Don't furrow your brow over any of this, you dim-wit dullard monkeys. You'll never believe it. You're too dumb and stupid. You make other people dumb and stupid.

Being stuck here in Cloverdale is because I am the first replicant who has aged this far.

And I believe that. I can feel the difference. I feel the difference that age is causing my brain to experience.

I've come to think of the human brain in terms of the garden tomato.
