Thank you for your interest in our community!
The Homestead is a BRAND NEW apartment community in the heart of the Spokane Valley. I see you are looking to move in October (my notes say the 15th). How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you wanting? Will you be bringing anyone else with you? Do you have any pets? Do you have a price range you are looking to be in?
Our community offers a 24hr fitness center, a fenced, heated pool, a park like setting in the center of our property equipped with community BBQ grills. Our apartment homes all have 9 ft ceilings, full size washer/dryer, warm beige walls, tile backsplash in the kitchen and bath and a extra deep storage closet on the patio or balcony.
Since your move date is so far from today's date it is completely unpredictable what we will have available the middle of october. Hopefully our second phase of the community will be ready for move-ins by then. Plans for phase II include a community car washing station and community gardens.
I have attached some photos of our community for you to enjoy.
If you would like to get on our priority wait list which would put you first in line for any available apartment homes in Oct let me know.
