False imprisonment.

All right, only after five years did I regain control of my mind after I was falsely imprisoned by the City of Kent Washington police department at the mental health unit of St. Francis hospital in Federal Way Washington State.

Now only this day have regained enough intellectual insight to understand that I need to find an attorney so I can file a serious lawsuit against the City of Kent Washington for false imprisonment.

There are a lot of people who are going to get arrested for their felony criminal actions impersonating police officers.

Their actions are consistent with the ongoing support of the criminal activities of murder in the United States so there is nothing about any kind of statute of limitations that take effect anyway.

False imprisonment

False imprisonment is a restraint of a person in a bounded area without justification or consent. False imprisonment is a common-law felony and a tort. It applies to private as well as governmental detention. When it comes to public police, the proving of false imprisonment is sufficient to obtain a writ of habeas corpus.
