They stuck a lot of needles in me when I was inpatient at the University of Washington Medical Center back in the summer of 2005. I remember one very dark night when I was in a mental haze from the drugs they were forcing on me (only because I went to the City of Kent Washington police department to report criminal activity directed at my personal property and which continues unabated to this very day) and I awoke in the dark in that hospital bed and a woman was glaring at me as she stuck another needle in hand. I thought about that later and I decided she was glaring at me because she was possibly expected me to club her with my fist, which I did not.

Star constellations
I wasn't going to write about a dream I just before waking up and getting out of bed but I was later in the shower and I started thinking about a possible explanation for the star pattern I saw in my dream and so I decided to write about that part and to try to write the least about the rest of the dream as I could, which I feel compelled to not write about for no real reason.
The compelling part about the dream is the pattern of stars I saw. The dream seems to have started with me and I was out in the woods somewhere and the light was dark and I had some kind of ability to radiate laser beams from my fingers or somehow create laser beams. As I think more about that as I write this now I thing again that I did not actually see the laser beams but I am vaguely aware that I could see the patterns I created on people with the laser beams. The notion of the laser beam is never really visually established in the dream but that is a notion that is strongly in my mind after waking up. The last thing I seemed to do with my laser beam power was that I saw myself form a pattern of stars on the ground to my left. The power seemed to stop working at that point. I also found my puzzled about how there were five stars in my creation when I expected only four. Since I was wearing those stars on the epaulet on my black jacket then I was thinking of how the United States Marine Corps has never had a five star general officer and I don't think the USMC should ever have a five star general officer.
What I puzzled about was how the pattern of those stars did not seem consistent with how an officer of the United States military would wear a five-star pattern on his uniform. I seemed to be wearing the winter working dress uniform of the United States Navy. What was unusual was how one of the stars was set away from the other four stars.
When I was in the shower and was thinking about that visualization in my mind of those stars that I had created on the ground and then was wearing my shoulder, on the black jacket that is the type United States Navy sailors used to refer to as the "Eisenhower" jacket, I wondered if that pattern was supposed to represent the star constellation we call the Big Dipper.
Ah, yes. That has got to be it. Just now as I wrote that word "Big Dipper" I remember dialog that happened soon later that is consistent with that notion.
So going back to what I was thinking as I decided to write this note, I thought about how my visualization of the star pattern did not match the Big Dipper very well. But then I started to wonder if I was seeing the pattern of the Big Dipper while I was standing on a planet or moon that circled a star that was very distant from our planet Earth.
I keep thinking of reasons why that all could be just a normal dream. But maybe it is not.
After my laser beam power stopped working, I saw some of the people I had been forming laser beam patterns on and they were all getting into cars and leaving in a long procession of army-type vehicles. They all seemed to be from World War 2. I noted the color pattern of one of the vehicles but I cannot think of any comment to make about it.
Then I seemed to be a sentry on a hill in downtown Seattle Washington. I was aware that I was totally alone in my role. I was also aware I was wearing a United States military uniform but I cannot visualize any details about it from the dream. I was there for a long time. Some kind of conflict started among a few local people that had walked up and I was trying to stay out of it. The next part I remember from the dream is that I was sitting in a room and there were people around me and one was the old woman whose dialog is consistent with the notion that I was seeing the star pattern of the Big Dipper constellation. Then a woman stood up and she was also wearing the winter dress uniform of the United States Navy and I saw the postal clerk rating symbol on her uniform. Then I saw a person walk into the room I was in from the room next door with the half-window walls and where I had been aware that a conference was going on that all of us had been waiting for to get finished and that person who walked out of that room was a person that I understood in the dream to by my brother Thomas Reagan and he seemed to be about eight years old. He was also wearing the winter working dress uniform of the United States Navy and I noticed just after I saw the woman's rating symbol that he was also wearing the postal clerk rating symbol. But he had the E-1 rate white symbol patch on one sleeve and the E-2 rate white stripe patch on the other sleeve, which is definitely not a uniform standard of the United States Navy. After thinking about that after waking up I decided that detail is supposed to represent the E-1 and E-2 aircraft of the United States Navy.
As he walked up to me, I asked him where he had been because I have been standing on that hill everyday. There was some unspoken dialog about me having food during that time.
There was some other stuff that happened in the dream but I decided to end this note with his response to me about how he had heard I had picked up more stars. I distinctly remember his words to me at that point. He asked me "Is it worth it?"
At that point, I took off two stars from the jacket epaulet on my shoulder, which seemed to be the type used for award stars on United States military medals and ribbons, and I was aware that left me with three stars on my shoulder.
So as I was wondering after getting out of the shower is that I could have just had a normal dream. But I could have just dreamed that final star symbol I need.

All right, so after publishing online my premise about my "Short Fuse" observation as practical application of me generating a time travel communication, I am back at the point of thinking that was also genuinely sinister criminal activity that was planned by the racketeering operation FM 102.5 KZOK radio station. There is a tremendous amount of dirty Bill Gates money available to support the Bill Gates-Nazi propaganda machine and those KZOK mobsters would sell out their own mothers to get their grubby hands on some of that Bill Gates-Nazi loot that the Bill Gates propaganda machine wants to give to them.
So my next attempt will be, along with my upcoming 5:00 AM, assuming I am still awake, observation using the method I have already noted in my journal, to make this more random. My thought now is to just find a way to generate a random four digit numerical sequence and to see what that generates. My next step is to decide how I want to generate those four numbers. I don't think I will use programming code to generate them. If I had a dart board I would just use that but I do not have a dart board. I'll think of something.

My first attempt was to use my archive file and with my eyes closed I was scrolling up and down for a second or two and then moving my cursor around randomly over and over and with my eyes still closed and then stopping the cursor and opening my eyes to see if my cursor had stopped over a number. Several attempts were not producing any results so I thought about it a little more and then I pulled out the phone book. Using a similar method but with a sharp pointed instrument, I flipped the pages back and forth with my eyes closed and then jabbed my sharp pointed instrument at a random point on the open page. That also took several attempts but eventually I generated the value of '5160.'
I don't know if that will be a practical value to work with though. So what am I going to use that for.

All right, my next candidate for time travel communication is the David Letterman show episode on 2 September 2010 and with a focus on the guest Karen Elson who is with The Citizens Band.
I always tend to think of those late night television series starting at 11:30 PM, I thought to myself as I noted that the tv.com website indicates that television program begins at 11:35 PM. So my target time tonight will be 11:35 PM. I will listen for the song that is playing on FM 102.5 KZOK Seattle Washington radio at 11:35 PM tonight, which is slightly more than an hour from now.
For my next test, not including the one at 5:00 AM tomorrow morning, if I am still awake, will be a different method I thought of as I was creating this test case.

I need to think about this time adjustment I made in this next test. Those mobsters would have seen me reviewing the David Letterman show and so they might guess to schedule something tonight at 11:35 PM since they also know I am running these tests.
I will listen for both times.
I will record what is playing at 11:30 PM tonight as well as 11:35 PM.
My next test case that I implement, other than the one at 5:00 AM, will not have that problem.
Also, this test case would not have that problem if I was not using a random number that produces an even number of days.

The next scene has a title card also for June 27 but in Maricopa Arizona, I think it was Maricopa County, and the "Walking Dude" kills a deer standing the highway and then he seems to cause, from a distance, Kareem to fall over with a heart attack.
Then there is a dream sequence with "Stu" and I think that is the day he breaks out of the Vermont disease center to avoid being killed by the one guy.

It seems that June 27 was the ending of the miniseries episode titled "The Plague." After he paniced, which was more intense in the book, and then falls down on the green grass, I wasn't certain if the voice of "Mother Abagail" was him thinking about a memory of a dream or if he was really hearing her voice. I started thinking the second time it happened, by the expression on his face, that he did hear the voice, but then I think to myself he was just simply concentrating hard or something similar to the memory of the dream and thinking about the details from the dream. The episode ends with him walking barefoot and wearing sweatpants and t-shirt on the street in the dark.

I had another of those really bad nightmares again last night or this early morning. Unlike the others I woke without the sense of it being very vivid. The terror was tremendous though. I remember that my head hurt after waking up and I think that had some bearing on the sheer terror I felt in the dream. I started to wonder if a person who dies in their sleep has a nightmare similar to what I had. There was nothing really specific about it. I was just in the trailer house where we lived in De Queen, specifically in the year 1976 it seemed later, that was next to the drive-in theatre and the field I remember walking through with corn stalks that were much higher than my head, and there was something terrifying in the dark at the end of the hallway. I never did see anything. I was just terrified there was something there in the dark and it was going to get me. I was going into my room to wash my hands and that made no sense because the mirror I was seeing was the same but there was no sink in that counter in my room. I was so terrified I couldn't turn my back from the door. I noticed the mirror was cracked. I woke up and my head ached mildly and that was similar to in the dream where I was almost in a state of rage because there was something down the hallway in the dark that I couldn't see.

The President. Thank you, everybody. Please, please have a seat. Thank you. Thank you so much for joining us in this celebration of the arts and the humanities. Two outstanding public servants and ambassadors for the arts are here: Rocco Landesman—where's Rocco? There he is, right here—Chairman of the National Endowment of the Arts; and Jim Leach—where's Jim? Good to see you, Jim—the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
We also have two good friends and Cochairs of the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities who are here: Margo Lions and George Stevens. And I also want to acknowledge one of our honorees who unfortunately could not make it. Ever the artist, Andre Watts had a concert to give in Salt Lake City. [Laughter] So give him a big round of applause in his absence.
Michelle and I love this event. This is something we look forward to every single year because it's a moment when America has a chance to pay tribute to extraordinary men and women who have excelled in the arts and the humanities and who, along the way, have left an indelible mark on American culture. That's all the honorees we see here today. We honor your talents, we honor your careers, and your remarkable contributions to this country that we love.
Throughout our history, America has advanced not only because of the will of our citizens, not only because of the vision of our leaders or the might of our military. America has also advanced because of paintings and poems, stories and songs, the dramas and the dances that provide us comfort and instilled in us confidence, inspired in us a sense of mutual understanding and a calling to always strive for a more perfect Union.
Emily Dickinson wrote, "I dwell in possibility." I dwell in possibility. And so does the American spirit. That's who we are as a people. And that's who our honorees are. Each of you have traveled a unique path to get here, and your fields represent the full spectrum of the arts and humanities. With us are actors and poets, authors, singers, philosophers, sculptors, curators, musicians, and historians. We even have an economist, which we don't always get on stage, but—[laughter]—what connects every one of you is that you dwell in possibilities. You create new possibilities for all of us.
And that's a special trait. And it assigns you a special task. Because in moments of calm, as in moments of crisis, in times of triumph as in times of tragedy, you help guide our growth as a people. The true power of the arts and the humanities is that you speak to everyone. There is not one of us here who hasn't had their beliefs challenged by a writer's eloquence or their knowledge deepened by a historian's insights or their sagging spirits lifted by a singer's voice. Those are some of the most endearing and memorable moments in our lives.
Equal to the impact you have on each of us every day as individuals is the impact you have on us as a society. And we are told we're divided as a people, and then suddenly, the arts have this power to bring us together and speak to our common condition.
Recently, I've been reminded of Walt Whitman's famous poem "I Hear America Singing." And it's a poem that with simple eloquence spotlights our diversity and our spirit of rugged individualism, the messy, energized, dynamic sense of what it is to be an American. And Whitman lifts up the voices of mechanics and carpenters, masons and boatmen, shoemakers, woodcutters, the mother and the young wife at work, "each singing what belongs to him or her and to none else."
And it's true that we all have songs in our souls that are only ours. We all have a unique part in the story of America. But that story is bigger than any one of us. And it endures because we are all heirs to a fundamental truth: that out of many are one, this incredible multitude.
I hear America singing today. I hear America singing through the artists and the writers that we honor this afternoon, the men and women who are following in the footsteps of Whitman and Hemingway, Souza and Armstrong, and Eakins and Rockwell. But I also hear America singing through the artists and writers who will be sitting here a few decades from now with another President, the students in Denver who recently wrote a play about teenage homelessness or the kids in Grand Rapids who designed a mural to bring joy to a struggling community. They're singing what Whitman called "strong melodious songs."
And somewhere in America, the next great writer is wrestling with the first draft of an English paper. [Laughter] Somewhere the next great actor is mustering up the courage to try out for that school play. Somewhere the next great artist is doodling on their homework. Somewhere the next great thinker is asking their teacher, "Why not?" They're out there right now, dwelling in possibility.
So as we honor the icons of today, we also have to champion the icons of tomorrow. They need our support; we need them to succeed. We need them to succeed as much as we need engineers and scientists. We also need artists and scholars. We need them to take the mantle from you, to do their part to disrupt our views and to challenge our presumptions and most of all to stir in us a need to be our better selves.
The arts and the humanities do not just reflect America, they shape America. And as long as I am President, I look forward to making sure they are a priority for this country, so—[applause].
It is now my distinct privilege to present these medals to the award winners who we have here today. And as the citations are read, I'm sure you've gotten extensive instructions from our military aides, so—[laughter]—.

Well, we are just blessed to have this incredible array of talent and inspiration with us here today. We are so glad we had the opportunity to make this small gesture of appreciation and thanks to all that you have contributed to us.
Each and every day you continue to inform who we are as a people, and we could not be prouder of everything that you've done, and we know you've got a lot more to do, so keep at it.
In the meantime, for everybody who is gathered here today, we have a wonderful reception. So please enjoy. The food is usually pretty good around here. [Laughter] The music is even better. I think the Marine Band will probably be out there playing a few tunes. And again, we are very thankful to all the honorees here today for everything that you've done for our country. Statement Announcing the Withdrawal of the Nomination of Harriet E. Miers To Be an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court

Today I have reluctantly accepted Harriet Miers's decision to withdraw her nomination to the Supreme Court of the United States.
I nominated Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court because of her extraordinary legal experience, her character, and her conservative judicial philosophy. Throughout her career, she has gained the respect and admiration of her fellow attorneys. She has earned a reputation for fairness and total integrity. She has been a leader and a pioneer in the American legal profession. She has worked in important positions in State and local government and in the bar. And for the last 5 years, she has served with distinction and honor in critical positions in the executive branch.
I understand and share her concern, however, about the current state of the Supreme Court confirmation process. It is clear that Senators would not be satisfied until they gained access to internal documents concerning advice provided during her tenure at the White House—disclosures that would undermine a President's ability to receive candid counsel. Harriet Miers's decision demonstrates her deep respect for this essential aspect of the Constitutional separation of powers—and confirms my deep respect and admiration for her.
I am grateful for Harriet Miers's friendship and devotion to our country. And I am honored that she will continue to serve our Nation as White House Counsel.
My responsibility to fill this vacancy remains. I will do so in a timely manner.

In 1879 South Africa, the administrators of the British Cape Colony have designs to eliminate the Zulus as a hindrance to their colonial economy. To that end, the British present King Cetshwayo with an impossible ultimatum to provoke a war they are sure they can win easily with their rifles and artillery against native spears. However, that war proves more difficult than the arrogant British commander, Lord Chelmsford, expects as his overburdened army fruitlessly searches for the elusive enemy. From there they transferred me somewhere, it may have been Harborview. They didn’t have room so they transferred me to the mental health unit of UW Medical Center. I was there for about four days I think before they transferred me to the VA in Seattle. One of those days at UW, a woman I don’t think I saw before or again in there organized a group activity where we made drawing with colored pencils. The instructions were to draw anything we wanted to draw. I drew a diagram of our solar system. I told her after I finished it that I should have made it larger because it was too small to show the detail I wanted. I was trying to illustrate how one side of the planets was brighter because it was facing the Sun.

A few months ago, I read that the Israeli's who flew the F-16's into Iraq to strike the Osirak facility in 1981 had trained in their new F-16's at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. That gave me a lot of details to ponder. One is that it cleared up something I had been pondering for a while. In the tenth grade, I had a teacher named Mrs. Hill. She was the instructor of a special program titled TARGETS. That was an acronym for something similar to "Towards A Real Goal of Excellence for Talented and gifted Students." I decided that "Mrs. Hill" was some kind of symbolic representation for me teaching those pilots to fly the F-16's as we prepared for the Osirak strike. I pondered a few other details about Utah. In 2002, I was a participant of Ironman Utah, which was held in Provo to the south, and I remember that I signed up for the event sometime in 2001. In the summer of 2001, I had just completed a bicycling event called the Seattle-To-Portland ride and I covered 200 miles on my bicycle in about 15 hours. After completing that course, I think it was the same month, I saw an advertisement for the Ironman Utah competition and decided to sign up for it. That date it was eventually held on was Saturday, June 8, 2002, and was the first event to be held in that state. I think at the time, that was actually the only Ironman triathlon that occurred in the Western U.S.
Lately I have spent a lot of time wondering why they had it in Provo and on June 8th. I was just looking at the map and I noticed that Hill AFB is off I-15 Exit 338 and maybe that was the reason it was chosen as the training base. The map indicates that the driving distance from I-15 Exit 338 to Provo, Utah is 71 miles. Making this all incredibly interesting is when I discovered on the map the location of the hotel I stayed at in the week before the Ironman triathlon on 6/8/2002. The Salt Lake City hotel I stayed at was one mile from the intersection of Vine Street and I-15, where the map has a label for Exit 303. That hotel was probably the closest I could get to that intersection and I was incredibly stunned to realize I had made that selection. I was oblivious to it but it is a pattern that is hard to ignore.
On that fateful 6/8/2002 day of the triathlon, all hell broke loose when a storm blew through just in time to coinicide with the start of the 2.4 mile swim, which was supposed to be followed by a 112-mile bicycle and then a 26.2 mile run. The storm blew away all the swim course markers though and produced some serious waves. I didn't have to see much to know that I wasn't going to try to make that swim in those crazy waves and turned around and headed back for the dock. At one point, I submerged to see if I could find the bottom in case I got tired and I ws glad to know it wasn't very deep and was manageable. A few days later, I was reading a news article from the local paper about one of the guys that died during that swim and that article had a photo of me that was taken just after I broke through the surface to take a breath. After that debacle caused by the weather, the town of Provo was abandoned as a location for Ironman triathlons and they selected the town of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, near Spokane, Washington, as a different location. I was pleased with the move because it was a better location and because it was a much shorter drive from where I lived in the Seattle area. Recently I noticed some very interesting clues about that choice that seem relevant to me and I suspect there are more that I haven't found yet. The first is when I was looking at a house I wanted to buy that was on a large hill overlooking the town of Coeur d' Alene. I was very interested in the house because it was huge, over 14,000 square feet, but it seemed cheap because it wasn't finished, although it looked as though it was. It was probably a money pit though. Anyway, the interesting clue, as anyone spying on me all that time knows, it was at or near Argentina Lane. Some other interesting clues are that the swim course is next to a seaplane base that has the FAA identifier of S76 and runways that are configured at 11/29 and 15/33. The bicycle course is interesting in that, at the extreme eastern end, it goes through an area named Higgins Point. I was writing the other day that the USS Higgins DDG-76 might be relevant somehow to my real life. At the other end of the bicycle course, the western side, the bicycle course goes along Mission Street and then turns onto Signal Street, which is as far west as the course goes. One time at Microsoft, after reading that the Vice President of Human Relations was an Ironman triathlete, I sent him a Microsoft MapPoint file that I had created to illustrate the bicycle course and I wrote that area is a good place to assess the competition, if he was going out there to race. He invited me to stop by his office some time but I never made it over there.
