I have forgotten some details from the dream, but these headline titles I have noticed today about photos of Lindsay Lohan with a handgun reminds me of a dream I had just before I woke up today and that was before I saw the headlines about Lindsay Lohan. The dream ended with me falling over onto the floor and there were two other people on each side of me and we were all sitting in chairs. The person to my left said something precisely or close to "He's dead." I wasn't dead though but I seemed to appear to be dead but yet I was still conscious. There was something else the person on my left said about prescription medicine and although my visualization is very vague, he seemed to be referring to a bottle of prescription medication on a table to my immediate left and he was sitting to my left but somewhat foreward from me and the table. The woman on my right and who was also forward of where I saw might have also had a gun but I am not really certain. I am aware that I had been shot in the head with a firearm but yet I was still conscious enough that I had released the hammer on the handgun I was holding and set it to safe because, as I was aware, I did not want to accidentally fire that handgun into those people sitting close to me. This description is out of sequence relative to the dialog I heard from the other people and this part seems to be the end of the dream and the person to my left made the comment about me being dead and then I saw myself, from the perspective of my eyes, falling forward out of the chair and falling onto the floor and I am left with the sense that I was dead but yet I did not feel dead and I seemed to be just waiting for something. There was a lingering sense in my mind when I woke up and got out of bed just after that last scene in the dream but I do not now remember. I got back into bed and wanted to go back to sleep but I do remember the sense that I was not going back to sleep and so I got up.

Watching on television the 2007 film "Ghost Rider" tonight for the first time I have seen it, there are elements to the plot that seem to make sense to me in terms of real-life. Those characters that represent Earth elements are here now in this area, I am thinking and that is consistent with lingering thoughts for a few months.

Rick walks down the stairs to find Morgan and Duane getting their supper ready.
Rick: This place… It's Fred and Cindy Drake's.
Morgan: Never met them.
Rick: I've been here. This is their place.
Morgan: It was empty when we got here.
Rick goes to peel the blankets on the windows back.
Morgan: Don't do that. They'll see the light. There's more of them out there than usual. I never should have fired that gun today. The sound draws them, now they're all over the street. Stupid… using a gun… It all happened so fast… I didn't think.
Rick: You shot that man today.
Morgan: Man?
Duane: No man…
Morgan: What the hell was that out of your mouth just now?
Duane: It wasn't a man.
Rick: You shot him. In this street, out front, a man.
Morgan: For him, you need glasses. It was a walker.
Rick: Come on.
Rick is confused.
Morgan: Sit down, before you fall down. Here. Eat.
Rick sits.
Duane: Daddy… Blessing…
Morgan: Yeah.
All three hold hands.
Morgan: Father, we thank thee for this food… Thy blessings… We ask you to watch over us in these crazy days. Amen.
Duane: Amen.
They start eating.
Morgan: Hey, mister, do you even know what is going on?
Rick: I woke up today. In a hospital. Came home, that's all I know.
Morgan: But you know about the dead people, right?
Rick: Yeah, I saw a lot of that. Out on the loading dock, hauling trucks.
Morgan: No… Not the one's they put down… The one's they didn't. The walkers. Like the one I shot today. Cause he would have ripped into you. Try to eat you, take him some flesh at least. But I guess if this is the first you're hearing, I know how it must sound…
Rick: They're out there now, in the street?
Morgan: Yeah. They're even more active after dark sometimes. Maybe it's the cool air or… Hell, maybe it's just me firing up that gun today. But we'll be fine long as we stay quiet. Probably wander off by morning. Well, listen… One thing I do know… Don't you get bit! We saw your bandage and that's why we were afraid of. Bites kill you. The fever… burns you out. But then after a while… You come back.

Sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes wakes up in the hospital after having been shot while on duty and discovers that while he was in the hospital, something has happened which causes the bodies of the dead to reanimate and attack the living. The town he lived in is mostly abandoned, with many dead roaming the streets at night. Believing that his wife, Lori, and son, Carl, have most likely fled to safety in nearby Atlanta, he grabs a stock of weapons from the locker of his police station, and sets out to find them.

Rick: You say that?
Shane: Yeah. Anyway, uh… Polite version… Still man, that… that earns me this. This look and loathing you would not believe. And that's when the exorcist voice pops out. "You sound just like my damn father. Always, always yelling about the power bill, telling me to turn off the damn lights."
Rick: What do you say to that?
Shane: You know what I wanna say. I wanna say, "Bitch, you mean to tell me you've been hearing this your entire life and you are still too damn stupid to learn how to turn off a switch? You know… I don't actually say that, tho.
Rick: That would be bad.
Shane: Yeah, go with the uh… the polite version there…
