I may have fought in the Vietnam war more than I understand. The thought occurs to me that I was going over there every summer break from Princeton University. It's all jumbled in my mind though. I want to say that I was in that POW camp, but I was also in some kind of civilian re-education camp. They had a large movie screen, just like in "Red Dawn." The thoughts occur to me that I organized the people in that re-education camp and we broke out.

Spokane Area History
Spokane's first residents were Native American. From the Spokanes, we get our name, which means “Children of the Sun.” Spokane became an incorporated City on Nov. 29, 1881, encompassing 1.56 square miles. Back then, the City was known as Spokan Falls and had 350 residents. The “e” was added to Spokane in 1883, and “Falls” was dropped in 1891. The City suffered, perhaps, its biggest setback in 1889, when a fire ravaged downtown destroying 32 blocks.
A new City Hall was built at the southwest corner of Spokane Falls Boulevard and Wall Street in 1913, serving as the City's main offices until the City's centennial year—1981. The 1920s-era Montgomery Wards building at Spokane Falls Boulevard and Post Street was renovated then to house the City's offices. Old City Hall now is home to restaurants and shops.
In 1974, Spokane hosted a World's Fair. Expo '74's lasting legacy is Riverfront Park—once a highly used rail yard, the property was converted into a park to host the fair.
The City of Spokane incorporated more than 125 years ago; we are the second largest City in the State of Washington.

Sculpture park as selling point

Would a short walk to Seattle's new Olympic Sculpture Park help persuade you to give up your home in the 'burbs?
Sellers of condominium projects near the park in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood hope the answer is "yes."
They're sending e-mails to potential buyers about the park's opening today, giving some another reason to consider selling their spacious homes in suburbia for swank new condos downtown.
"It's kind of the piece that Seattle has been missing," says Laura Brice, sales manager at the Gallery, a 214-unit condominium under construction at Second Avenue and Broad Street. "We do have Myrtle Edwards Park, but that's more for the joggers and bikers. It's not a place where you can sit and relax and look at fantastic art."
The new $85 million park, founded by the Seattle Art Museum, covers nearly nine acres at the north end of downtown's waterfront and features more than 20 sculptures by some of the top 20th Century artists.
At the Gallery sales center nearby, a flat-screen TV takes prospective buyers on a virtual tour of the condominium, scheduled to open in fall 2008. One of the first things they see is the park's proximity to the Gallery, where units range in price from about $285,000 to more than $3 million.
"The park has been a huge selling point for us," Brice says.
Park opens today
Opening events include a dedication ceremony at 11 a.m. and music performances through the weekend. Events run 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Moving out of Seattle again became less important after I began to consciously remember that I have a home and wife somewhere out there that I have to figure out how to get back to. I pondered over this again because the urge to move somewhere else, anywhere else, just to go somewhere different, has come over me recently. But then that sense again, of what is the point, when I still cannot know where it is I should really be right now.

Motherfuckers have cameras on me every goddamned inch of my walk along 4th street. They watch to see what radio station I am listening to. They can guess which station I am listening to by my facial expressions. They can also guess which one I am listening by when I switch channels because that means I switched channels when a commercial began playing. They probably determined the pre-sets on my radio. They might be able to do that with the one I use now because I plug it into my internet-connected computer. When I was using the one in the homeless shelter, they would have somebody examine it when I left it out in my cubicle.

On the walk back, I decided to stop into a deli named Ralph's that I walk by a lot but have never been into. There is a definite pattern every where I go and this was no different. Even worse was the song, as illustrated below by the lyrics, that had obviously started playing just before I walked in and I suspect they played it every time I walked by outside. When you have lost every shred of privacy a person can expect, there are no coincidences. And it is something about revenge and retaliation by Bill Gates. Bill Gates declared war long ago on the elements of the U.S. government that cannot be corrupted.
I remembered that I had put that excerpt from the 1978 movie “Superman” where he mentions that name Ralph, in my private journal a while ago. When you are being stalked by zombies 24 hours a day, they know every step you take. They track my movements every where I go and call around talking about where I am and where I am going. Some how I think this all was the purpose I went into the military. To learn about the negative side of humanity and to not be surprised there are the such defective humans in this world as Bill Gates and George W. Bush. We might have been planning to reveal my role in the space program while I was still relatively young and my experience in the military was to prepare me for such criminals as Bill Gates and his accomplices. No human has ever experienced what I have done and it is my life and……I can’t figure out what I want to say to finish this sentence.

A kleptocracy (sometimes cleptocracy) (root: klepto+kratein = rule by thieves) is a government that extends the personal wealth and political power of government officials and the ruling class (collectively, kleptocrats) at the expense of the population. A kleptocratic government often goes beyond merely awarding the prime contracts and civil service posts to friends (a common feature of corrupt governments[citation needed]). They also create projects and programs at a policy level which serve the primary purpose of funnelling money out of the treasury and into the pockets of the executive with little if any regard for the logic, viability or necessity of those projects.
The creation of a kleptocracy powered by dictatorship typically results in many years of general hardship and suffering for the vast majority of citizens, as civil society and the rule of law disintegrate. In addition, kleptocrats routinely ignore economic and social problems in their quest to amass ever more wealth and power.
The protection society has against kleptocracy is largely dependent on the effectiveness of the rule of law to prevent political leaders abusing their powers, the free flow of information (necessary to properly identify kleptocrats) and ability of the population to remove corrupt leaders from office. Many such protections are included in legal documents such as a constitution or a bill of rights and are also found in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 17. Many countries have these protections, on paper; in many cases, the rules have not been enforced.

Work
The genetic information of an organism is stored in DNA molecules which, via RNA molecules, are converted during the formation of proteins. The chemical processes inside cells are controlled by a type of protein called enzymes. Stanford Moore and William Stein studied the enzyme ribonuclease, which divides RNA into smaller components. In the late 1950s, the pair succeeded in providing a detailed understanding of the enzyme's active center and in elucidating the connection between the structure of the molecule and its ability to speed up biochemical reactions.

(Chip Six appears, indicating the obvious Eye symbol on the floor.)
Chip Six: There it is, Gaius. It has the answers to all of your questions.
Baltar: That's the Eye?
Three: What is?
Baltar: Oh, uh... something the hybrid said, uh... Sapphire blue, shining like unto a star.
Cavil: D'Anna... you didn't come here looking for Earth. You came here looking for something else.
(The sun explodes.)
Galactica: CIC
Kelly: Picking up massive energy pulse from the central star.
Gaeta: Sir, it's a helium flash. The star's going nova.
Adama: Nova's gonna obliterate the entire planet in less than an hour.
(Gaeta, Tigh, and Roslin stare.)
Ext. Temple
Chief: Major, look. It's the mandala from the Temple. This is supposed to be happening. That's it. I was staring at it the whole time. The sun is going nova. The nova is the Eye of Jupiter.
(Anders stares.)
Apollo: All right, we can still blow it. We can still blow it.
(They run back through the brush.)
Starbuck's Raptor
(Dualla flying.)
Starbuck: We just gotta make it into orbit. Galactica will find us from there, okay?
Dualla: Okay.
Starbuck: Good.
(The ride is bumpy.)
Temple of Five
Three: This is my destiny. To see what lies between life and death.
Cavil: And to look upon the faces of the Final Five. That can't happen.

Cavil: Sorry, D'Anna.
(He takes aim at her, but Gaius shoots him and he falls. She stares at Gaius, then turns to the Eye. Light shines down from the ceiling, down the pillar, and onto the Eye. She steps into the ray of light and finds herself in the Cylon Great Hall. She stares around in wonder, turning on her heel, and smiles at the Final Five, bathed in light.)

Three: The Final Five. Is it really you?
(She stares at them, with whispering all around, and finally steps toward one, who holds out his or her hand.)
Three (recognition and wonder): You. Forgive me, I -- I had no idea.
