The weapons of mass destruction that the Bill Gates and Robert Gates Nazi's stole in the past and that remain missing to this day are worthless unless they can pin the blame for the theft on someone else and not just on some low-level workers in the storage bunkers.
Everyone knows that nuclear bombs can be traced back to the developers of those weapons.
The weapons are worthless if they can't be used.
The Bill Gates Nazi's and their buddies in China do not want China, for example, to get blamed for supporting terrorist activities against the United States.
Their point is to create a civil war in the United States so that the United States destroys itself.

Good ole boys
That's why they would do nothing but take me to the hospital where the people at the hospital would then drug me up for days and weeks and months and years.
The purpose of the drugs was to force me to tell them I am lying about my true identity and to reveal that I am an undercover police officer which they know I will not do under direct questioning, even to this day.
These good ol' boys around here think that undercover police officer's are rude for not informing the local and county police office's about their undercover activity.
The good ol' boys want to ensure that organized crime in King County Washington has a fighting chance to avoid being prosecuted by United States federal justice.

Did I really command STS-82 as my final space shuttle mission to date?
I wonder if I created that dialog in the 1996 "Independence Day" about how "Hiller" would not get to fly the space shuttle if he married a stipper because I was planning to launch my final mission to date on 2/11/1997. But the dialog I think is about Kerry Burgess and how he was going to marry a woman who worked as a stripper. I had a consistent and extensive line of thought recently that the woman is Lindsay Dawn Mackenzie but then I looked her age and she seems too young. Her age could be wrong though and to make her look a couple years younger.

I was thinking later that as Thomas Reagan, I was introducing Kerry Burgess to women that my talent agency represents and Mackenzie was one of the women he was dating. I have no idea why this all contradicts my memory.
But then, yes, I do understand: I don't have the true memory of Kerry Burgess because I am not Kerry Burgess. I am living the life of a version of Kerry Burgess that I constructed from his real life and from a cover story I created for him. It is no different than these other people I write about, just that Kerry Burgess did not have a public persona.

She is from Britain, too, I vaguely recall reading a long time ago. That would make sense that I would set up Kerry Burgess with her around the time of the 1994 "Princess Caraboo" and especially important the film "Timecop" that premiered the same day and with his wife's confusion about why he looked older than he should. I also recall that Mackenzie started off as a "Page 2" girl which is something about a newspaper in Britain that has a photo at different times of a woman with her bare chest exposed and so that makes even more sense.

Establishment of a Global Strike Command and a Headquarters Air Force staff agency to handle Air Force nuclear assets are some of the recommendations found in the Nuclear Enterprise Roadmap released Oct. 24 by senior leaders.

Air Force officials to establish new nuclear major command

10/27/2008 - WASHINGTON (AFNS) -- The Air Force will stand up a new major command specifically to manage its nuclear assets, the service's top official announced Oct. 24.
Air Force Secretary Michael B. Donley said the new command will fold into its ranks thousands of Airmen and all of the Air Force's domestic nuclear capabilities in response to what he called "painful lessons learned" during a series of senior oversight reviews of the Air Force's nuclear program.
This change is part of a broader sweep of changes Secretary Donley introduced Oct. 24 as a roadmap to improving the Air Force's stewardship of its nuclear program.
"This is a critical milestone for us. It's a new starting point for reinvigoration of this enterprise," Secretary Donley said at a Pentagon media roundtable to introduce the plan.
"The changes we make today will help us focus on this enterprise regardless of other changes in Air Force missions along the way, and regardless of how big or small the nuclear enterprise is," he said.
The new command, called Global Strike Command, will include both the 8th and 20th Air Force. Eighth Air Force, currently within Air Combat Command, is made up of the Air Force's B-2 Spirit and B-52 Stratofortress bombers. The 20th Air Force, currently under Air Force Space Command, maintains and operates the service's arsenal of intercontinental ballistic missiles. Eighth Air Force's headquarters is at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., and 20th Air Force's headquarters is at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyo.
An additional squadron of B-52s, mandated by Congress, also will fall within the new command.
This change effectively splits the Air Force's bomber force, leaving its B-1B Lancer bombers with Air Combat Command. It also moves the cyber and intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance responsibilities out of 8th Air Force.
This plan, designed by the Air Force Nuclear Task Force, comes on the heels of major turmoil for the force in the past few years. In 2006, nuclear missile nose cones were inadvertently shipped to Taiwan, and in August 2007 the Air Force mistakenly flew nuclear weapons from Minot AFB, N.D., to Barksdale AFB, La.
The force's top two leaders resigned, and 15 senior officers, including six generals, were disciplined.
This roadmap, Secretary Donley said, addresses longstanding, systemic problems in the force's handling of nuclear assets.

Joint Strike Fighter Named Lightning II
The Deputy Secretary of Defense, Gordon England, and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. T. Michael Moseley announced today ‘Lightning II’ as the F-35 name during a Joint Strike Fighter inauguration ceremony in Fort Worth, Texas.
Moseley made the final decision after an extensive nomination and review process that was coordinated with the other military services and partner nations.
In naming the F-35 General Moseley said, "Today, the enemies of peace and freedom have been put on notice. They have feared this day because the F-35 provides the coalition warfighter the perfect blend of speed, precision, and stealth.
"In my travels, airmen have given me some great suggestions that we'll see on new Air Force weapons systems in the near future," he said. "The name for the F-35, ‘Lightning II,’ was a win for aviation heritage and culture."
The heritage associated with this name played a significant role in its selection. The original P-38 ‘Lightning’ was also a strike fighter and had the most air-to-air kills in the Pacific area of responsibility in World War II. Both of America’s top two aces, Maj. Richard Bong, with 40 kills, and Maj. Thomas McGuire, with 38 kills, scored all their victories in the P-38 ‘Lightning’ in World War II.
The ‘Lightning II’ name also draws parallels with a formidable force of nature. Like lightning, the F-35 ‘Lightning II’ will strike with destructive force. The stealth characteristics of the jet will allow the F-35 to strike the enemy with accuracy and unpredictability.

DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT
Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 1973, which becomes effective on July 1, 1973, among other things establishes a Drug Enforcement Administration in the Department of Justice. In my message to the Congress transmitting that plan, I stated that all functions of the Office for Drug Abuse Law Enforcement (established pursuant to Executive Order No. 11641 of January 28, 1972) and the Office of National Narcotics Intelligence (established pursuant to Executive Order No. 16676 of July 27, 1972) would, together with other related functions be merged in the new Drug Enforcement Administration.
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the United States, including section 5317 of title 5 of the United States Code, as amended, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. The Attorney General, to the extent permitted by law, is authorized to coordinate all activities of executive branch departments and agencies which are directly related to the enforcement of laws respecting narcotics and dangerous drugs. Each department and agency of the Federal Government shall, upon request and to the extent permitted by law, assist the Attorney General in the performance of functions assigned to him pursuant to this order, and the Attorney General may, in carrying out those functions, utilize the services of any other agencies, federal and state, as may be available and appropriate.
Sec. 2. Executive Order No. 11641 of January 28, 1972,1 is hereby revoked and the Attorney General shall provide for the reassignment of the functions of the Office for Drug Abuse Law Enforcement and for the abolishment of that Office.
Sec. 3. Executive Order No. 11676 of July 27, 1972,1 is hereby revoked and the Attorney General shall provide for the reassignment of the functions of the Office of Narcotics Intelligence and for the abolishment of that Office.
Sec. 4. Section 1 of Executive Order No. 11708 of March 23, 1973,2 as amended, placing certain positions in level IV of the Executive Schedule is hereby further amended by deleting--
(1) "(6) Director, Office for Drug Abuse Law Enforcement, Department of Justice"; and
(2) "(7) Director, Office of Narcotics Intelligence, Department of Justice."
Sec. 5. The Attorney General shall provide for the winding up of the affairs of the two offices and for the reassignment of their functions.

A group of Argentines have landed at the British colony of the Falkland Islands in the south Atlantic and planted their nation's flag.
About 50 Argentines are reported to have arrived at Leith Harbour, on South Georgia, about 1,400 miles east of the Falklands archipelago off the Argentine coast.

The arrival of the Argentines on the island was not reported in Britain until two days later when the Foreign Office released a statement.
Government sources said it was most likely sponsored by a commercial company and not the Argentine Government.
But within days the situation escalated and on 2 April Argentine forces invaded the islands as the military Junta decided to use force instead of diplomacy to regain the territories.

The phrase Plame Affair (also known as the CIA leak scandal, the CIA leak case, the CIA leak grand jury investigation, and Plamegate) refers to the identification of Valerie Plame Wilson as a covert Central Intelligence Agency officer. Mrs. Wilson's relationship with the CIA was classified information. The disclosure was made in a newspaper column entitled "Mission to Niger" written by Robert Novak, and published on July 14, 2003.
Mrs. Wilson's husband, former Ambassador Joseph C. Wilson, has stated his opinion in various interviews and subsequent writings (as listed in his 2004 memoir The Politics of Truth) that members of former President George W. Bush's administration revealed Mrs. Wilson's covert status as retribution for his op-ed entitled "What I Didn't Find in Africa," published in The New York Times on July 6, 2003.

On November 16, 2005, in an article entitled "Woodward Was Told of Plame More Than Two Years Ago," published in The Washington Post, Jim VandeHei and Carol D. Leonnig revealed that Bob Woodward was told of Valerie Wilson's CIA affiliation a month before it was reported in Robert Novak's column and before Wilson's July 6, 2003 editorial in the New York Times. At an on-the-record dinner at a Harvard University Institute of Politics forum in December 2005, according to the Harvard Crimson, Woodward discussed the matter with fellow Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein, responding to Bernstein’s claim that the release of Plame’s identity was a "calculated leak" by the Bush administration with "I know a lot about this, and you’re wrong." The Crimson also states that "when asked at the dinner whether his readers should worry that he has been 'manipulated' by the Bush administration, Woodward replied, 'I think you should worry. I mean, I worry.'"
Although it had been reported in mid-November 2005 that Novak's source was National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, almost a year later media reports revealed that the source of this information was Richard Armitage, which Armitage himself also confirmed.
On February 12, 2007, Woodward testified in "Scooter" Libby's trial as a defense witness. While on the witness stand, an audiotape was played for the jury that contained the interview between Armitage and Woodward in which Plame was discussed. The following exchange is heard on the tape:
WOODWARD: But it was Joe Wilson who was sent by the agency. I mean that's just —
ARMITAGE: His wife works in the agency.
WOODWARD: Why doesn't that come out? Why does —
ARMITAGE: Everyone knows it.
WOODWARD: — that have to be a big secret? Everyone knows.
ARMITAGE: Yeah. And I know Joe Wilson's been calling everybody. He's pissed off because he was designated as a low-level guy, went out to look at it. So, he's all pissed off.

He was born in a little red brick two-story house in Brooklyn on November 25, 1890, the eldest son of a moderately successful real estate broker. It was thought that he might become a diplomat, or a doctor or lawyer. But the boy had the ravenous ambition of a restless Renaissance man: he decided to become all three.
Impossible dream? Perhaps. But during his lifetime the man known as Stanley Clifford Weyman was feted as the U.S. Consul General to Algiers, highly praised as Silent Star Pola Negri's private physician and duly appointed Special Deputy Attorney General of New York. In addition—among countless other achievements—he helped handle the arrangements for Rudolph Valentino's celebrated funeral, once addressed a medical convention on "psychiatric treatment in prison institutions" and managed to be received at the White House as an interpreter assigned to a visiting princess from Afghanistan.
Rudy Sent Me. How did Stanley do it? By dint of good old-fashioned cheating. Often an item in a newspaper served as his source of inspiration. He never altered his face; he merely changed his history and his costume. Then he proceeded to act, always seeming so trustworthy, so professionally knowledgeable that few would have dreamed of challenging him.
During the preparations for the Valentino funeral in 1926, Stanley blew into the Hotel Ambassador carrying a little bag. He knocked at the suite of Valentino's bereaved lover, Pola Negri, told the maid he was a physician and introduced himself to Miss Negri as a close friend of Valentino's. "Rudy would have wanted me to take care of you, my dear," Miss Negri later reported his saying. "You are very thoughtful," she replied.
Indeed, so well did Stanley perform
Hippocratically—dispensing a few comforting words here, a couple of aspirins there—that Miss Negri insisted upon keeping him on even after his sham was exposed. He was, she said, the best doctor she had ever had.
But Weyman was not inclined toward long-playing roles. He found that a succession of new impersonations made the most stimulating demands on his talent. If he had never piloted a plane, for example, how much sweeter the triumph of posing before fawning New York crowds as a returning aeronautical hero. He could not read a word in Le Figaro, but he came on convincingly as a French navy lieutenant named Royal St. Cyr.
Unforgiving Foe. Stanley rarely pursued his imposture for personal gain or money. His was a relatively pure art. But his escapades brought him face to face with an unforgiving foe: society. He spent a good deal of time in prisons and mental hospitals as a parole violator and certified manic-depressive. But wardens and doctors, like everyone else who came in contact with him, were completely captivated.
Ironically, his life ended on a muted but genuinely heroic note. In his late 60s, Weyman finally abandoned—or conquered—his artistic impulses and went to work as a night manager in a Yonkers motel. There, on the night of August 27, 1960, after a year on the job, he was shot to death bravely trying to foil a hold-up attempt.

Stanley Clifford Weyman (November 25, 1890 – August 27, 1960), was an American multiple impostor who impersonated public officials, including the United States Secretary of State and various military officers.
Weyman was born as Stanley Jacob Weinberg on November 25, 1890 in Brooklyn, New York. His parents could not afford college tuition. He worked mainly in nondescript jobs but on occasion ventured to become somebody in the higher social ladder.
In 1910, Weyman's first imposture was as US consul representative to Morocco who dined in the finest restaurants of New York City. He was eventually arrested for fraud.
Next Weyman took a role of both a military attaché from Serbia and a US Navy lieutenant so the identities could use each other as a reference. He was soon caught.
Weyman was released the second time in 1915. He then became Lt Commander Ethan Allen Weinberg, consul general for Romania. He inspected the USS Wyoming and invited everyone to a dinner in the Astor Hotel. The advance publicity alerted the Bureau of Investigation and federal agents arrested him at the party. He was heard to complain that they should have waited until dessert. He got a year in jail.
In 1917 he took the mantle of Royal St. Cyr, a lieutenant in the Army Air Corps. He was arrested when he was on an inspection tour in the Brooklyn armory because a suspicious military tailor had alerted the police.
Weyman was paroled in 1920. Shortly afterwards he forged credentials to become a company doctor in Lima, Peru. There he threw lavish parties until his credit ran out and he was arrested.
In 1921 he noticed Princess Fatima of Afghanistan who was visiting the US and was trying to get an official recognition. The US State Department mainly ignored her. Weyman visited her as a State Department Naval Liaison Officer, apologized for the oversight and promised to arrange an appointment with the president. He managed to convince the princess to give him $10,000 for "presents" to State Department officials. He used the money for a private railway carriage to Washington DC and an opulent hotel room in the Willard Hotel for the princess and his entourage.
Weyman proceeded to visit the State Department, dropped names of prominent senators and succeeded in getting the appointment, first with Secretary of State Charles Evans Hughes, and on July 26, 1921 president Warren G. Harding received Princess Fatima. Weyman's minor mistakes in the protocol aroused some suspicion, but when the press released his picture alongside the other dignitaries, the jig was up. He was indicted for impersonating a naval officer and sentenced to two years in jail.
In one case the Evening Graphic newspaper called for Weyman to get an interview with the visiting Queen Marie of Romania. He gained admittance as the Secretary of State and the paper got its interview.
In 1926 Weyman appeared at Rudolph Valentino's funeral and attached himself to his grieving lover Pola Negri as a personal physician. He issued regular press releases on her condition and established a faith-healing clinic in Valentino's house. Pola Negri did not condemn him after he was exposed.
During World War II Weyman was sentenced for seven years in prison for offering advice to draft dodgers -- he told them to feign various medical conditions.
In 1948 Weyman made up credentials to become a journalist for the United Nations at Lake Success. He got acquainted with the delegates Warren Austin and Andrei Gromyko. His comeuppance came when the Thai delegation invited him to become their press officer with full diplomatic accreditation. Weyman contacted the State Department and asked whether it would affect his US citizenship. They already knew him all too well and exposed him.
In 1954 Weyman tried to get a $5000 home improvement loan for a house that did not exist. He failed to convince the judge that he was insane.
In August 1960, Weyman was fatally shot when he tried to stop a robbery in a New York hotel where he was working as a night porter. The investigating detective said "I've known about the man's past record for years. He did a lot of things in the course of his life, but what he did this time was brave."
