You honking to me? You honking to me? Well, I'm the only one here. Then who the hell else you honking to?
Eventually I found a non-emergency number for the City of Bellevue and I called them to complain about the noise from the business in front of my apartment but they weren't going to do anything about it. That was a very expensive apartment and I was really annoyed about the noise. After trying that I thought to myself that I could try actually calling the business itself. I could stand there at the windows of my apartment which was almost entirely the wall of my apartment living room and dining room from floor to ceiling and look down on them and I think the person I spoke to on the telephone was a person I recognized as the person I had been thinking was the owner of the business. He came to the telephone and I spoke to him to complain and he repeated my name to me, even though I had not told him my name, and then he added, "or whatever your name is." I think that was the end of all that. I moved out sometime later and moved to Issaquah where my office had started working in a new office building. That was where I moved from to an apartment in downtown Redmond Washington where I lived near the police department and city office buildings.
Back in Bellevue, I remember calling 9-1-1 because some dumbass that had moved in the apartment below had his stereo cranked up so loud that my fireplace was rattling from the sound. I went down there to complain and he was nice and friendly and said he would turn it down but he kept doing it and I eventually called 9-1-1 and I spoke to a City of Bellevue police officer who responded. That first time when I went to the apartment under mine to complain in person I remember he had told me that he worked as a security guard and I wondered how he could afford to live by himself in that apartment if he worked as a security guard.

Mostar - The war in Bosnia and Hercegovina (BiH) caused much pain and destruction. Many people lost family, friends, and homes and some cities became divided. One of the best known of these is Mostar, the largest city in Hercegovina with 109,000 inhabitants. In 1522 Mostar became the headquarters of the Ottoman administration of Hercegovina. Many military missions against Venetian cities were launched from the city, which came under Austrian control from 1878-1918, and then became part of Yugoslavia. Today it is a part of BiH.
According to a pre-war consensus, Mostar’s population consisted of 20 % Bosnian-Serbs, 40 % Bosniacs and 40 % Bosnian-Croats. There are practically no longer any Bosnian-Serbs in the city, they are living in the mountains south and east of the city. Bosniacs, make up 55 % of the city’s inhabitants live east of the river. Bosnian-Croats make up the remaining 45 %, and live on the west side of the Neretva.
Mostar has a story to tell. It is the story of the Old Bridge, an elegant single span arch built over the river Neretva by the Ottoman Turks. Mostar is an old city, established in the 15th century when a small settlement began to form around an old Roman wooden bridge over the Neretva river, but the name Mostar comes from the old white limestone bridge Stari Most

Then I moved to Limestone, that was I believe November 2000.
I started complaining at Limestone about the traffic noise, but I wonder if that was the real problem. I'll bet the dream manipulation was going on then too and I was exhausted from not getting enough sleep due to the disturbances. Unlike at Oakwood, I don't remember what they were telling me though and I was confusing the traffic noise for the disturbance.

I've been thinking that I went to the International Space Station but I couldn't reconcile the dates of the flights.
I don't think it is a coincidence that -92 launched on 10/11. I wish I still had my email archive, which was lost due to the crime I am trying to survive, so I could examine what I was doing in October 2000. I can't remember if I was on vacation at that time. If not, they could have put in a stand-in for me at Microsoft. The thing to consider is that my team is not made up of amateurs.
Hey, when did I start shaving my head? Wasn't that in 2000? I was on vacation when I did it. Ah, but I was living at Limestone at the time. And it was before the Nisqually quake. But in October 2000, I was still at Verona, having moved to Limestone in early November.
I remember this episode aired for the first time the night before I moved into Limestone. I was supposed to move in earlier, but there was a fire on the roof of the building that delayed my move-in. Greg Roe told me about the fire as he could see it from his desk on our floor at Microsoft.
