Letters from home

Machinist's Mate (or MM) is a rating in the United States Navy's engineering community.
...

Some MMs are qualified to work on nuclear propulsion plants. They are designated as MMN (Machinist's Mate Nuclear), though the N is generally only used for the purposes of billiting and advancement exams. These mechanics go through a rigorous training program consisting of fourteen weeks at the Nuclear Field "A" School, twenty-four weeks of Naval Nuclear Power School, and twenty-four weeks at one of four Nuclear Power Training Units (prototypes). Two NPTUs are moored training ships (MTS) using S5W reactors located at the Naval Weapons Station in Charleston, SC., and two additional NPTUs are surface prototype units using a S5W reactor and a S8G reactor located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This course of instruction is commonly referred to as "the nuclear-power pipeline."

... Debra Messing says that finding work after a successful sitcom run isn’t always easy. “I’m like, ‘Okay, who’s going to give me a job?’” the “Will and Grace” alum told the Scottish Daily Record. “There are 100 scripts out there and there are only two roles, and one is for Cameron Diaz and one is for Julia Roberts.”

Cameron Michelle Diaz (born August 30, 1972) in San Diego, California is a four-time Golden Globe nominated American actress and former fashion model. She is well known for her roles in blockbuster movies such as The Mask, There's Something About Mary, My Best Friend's Wedding, Charlie's Angels, Shrek, Gangs Of New York, The Sweetest Thing, and In Her Shoes. Diaz is the second of two actresses (the other being Julia Roberts) to join the coveted "$20 Million Club" after receiving this salary for Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

Man at Work Ring

A ring that definitely makes a statement. Silver and cubic zirconium (you didn't think it was a real one did you?). The work is half-finished for the worker, he's getting there.
