To: Governor Gregoire
From: Kerry W. Burgess (official United States federal undercover identity, an identity completely compromised by forces hostile to the United States of America)
Governor,
I have communicated these details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.
I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.
The variations I use in my work are based on my true birthdate, where I recognize 2 dates because I have dual citizenship in the U.S. and the U.K. I was born in Hawaii on 3/3/1959 but the date was already 3/4/1959 in London. I incorporate that detail into my work by using variations of 3/3/1959 and 3/4/1959, which includes the value '334' and '33-34' among other logical variations. I also use the sequence '333' to identify certain work I created.
There following are examples of my work that associates my personal experiences with the dates 6/19/1968, 4/10/1972, 5/1/1973, 6/7/1976, 4/30/1982 & 5/1/1982, as well as other dates. The association is primarily in the form of connecting those dates to my birthdate of 3/3/1959 & 3/4/1959, as well to my wife's 7/16/1963 birthdate. My work also represents that my wife and I were arranged for marriage, possibly before I was born, and that we would at least have an equal partnership in the work I created. My later work represents that my wife and I have been in love for a long time and have a happy relationship, in spite of the effort of organized crime to disrupt our lives and steal our family business.
Phoebe and I had a formal wedding ceremony on 7/21/1987, although our marriage was established years before that. At that time in 1987, I had recently returned at that time from a grueling test of survival after becoming a POW in Libya on 2/14/1986 and then escaping into the African wilderness on 4/14/1986 where I survived for over a year until I reached U.S. forces on 5/13/1987. From there, I have established that I was onboard the USS Stark FFG-31 on 5/17/1987, being transported to Bahrain for medical treatment for wounds I received in earlier combat and which had worsened over time, and that the Stark was most likely attacked with anti-ship missiles specifically because I was onboard. The attack on the USS Samuel B. Roberts FFG-58 was precisely 333 days later and also probably because I was onboard that ship as well, having recovered from wounds in combat and returned to duty as a U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant. The USS Wainwright CG-28 was aggressively attacked on 4/18/1988 and that was also probably because I was onboard the Wainwright. The HMS Sheffield D80 was attacked during the Falklands War, which I assume I was also the target of the attack and that I had been deployed to the Falklands with the Royal Navy as an observer for the U.S.
I recognize the date 5/9/1965 as when I first flew a helicopter and 5/1/1967 as when I first flew a jet aircraft by myself and I encoded those dates into my work. I recognize the date 9/2/1965 as my first day at Princeton University and 5/1/1973 as my graduation date from University of Oxford. The dates 4/30/1982 and 5/1/1982 are associated with my graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy, although I had already served for many years as a commissioned U.S. Navy officer and CIA officer and my attendance at the Academy was an effort to establish a new covert identity and I maintained a higher level of seniority in the U.S. intelligence community than my U.S. Navy rank suggested. My roles consisted of serving as an aircraft carrier F-14 Tomcat pilot, among other platforms and aircraft, U.S. Navy SEAL, U.S. Navy lawyer, and U.S. Navy astronaut, among other roles. My name, associated with my true identity, is Tom Ray.
Other dates with significance personal importance to me that I encoded into my work are 11/2/1975, the 3 day periods beginning 1/21/1976, 6/7/1976, 7/2/1976, 11/26/1976, and the date 4/14/1977. I also use a method of associating dates that are personally relevant to me by marking a mid-point between those relevant dates, which is basically a process of noting 2 equal periods of time, some of which are noted below.

Remarks at the Presentation Ceremony for the ``E'' and ``E Star'' Awards
May 18, 1987
Secretary Baldrige, Ambassador Yeutter, and Secretary Lyng, good morning to all of you. It's a great pleasure to have all of you here, not only to celebrate World Trade Week but to celebrate you, the men and women at the cutting edge of American competitiveness. One of America's greatest assets is the skill and professionalism of its businessmen and women, and entrepreneurs. The can-do spirit of our business community is in stark contrast to the inefficiency and poor performance often associated with other economic systems.
Of course, mistakes do happen. You know the story of the fellow who ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to the opening of his friend's new branch office. And when he got there, he was shocked to see flowers with the inscription, ``Rest in peace.'' [Laughter] He was so outraged that on the way home he stopped at the florist to complain. And the florist said, ``Just think of it this way, today someone in this city was buried beneath a flower arrangement with the inscription, `Good luck in your new location.''' [Laughter]

Proclamation 5662—National Day of Mourning for the Victims of United States Ship Stark
May 23rd, 1987
Every year, in the beautiful springtime, the American people pause on a special day to pay the heartfelt tribute of love and remembrance to all the sons and daughters of our land who have laid down their lives on the altar of liberty. This year, our Memorial Day remembrance is tinged with fresh sorrow as we honor and mourn the brave men taken from us a short week ago.

Remarks and a Question-and-Answer Session With Southeast Regional Editors and Broadcasters
May 15th, 1987
The President. Thank you all, and welcome to the White House. I'm delighted we could have a few moments together today, and I'm anxious to get to your questions. But first I thought I'd begin by giving you a little report on two stories that have been coming over the wires. They're what those of you in the newsroom would call developing stories that will be, I hope, a source of increasing focus and interest.
And with that said, let's make it a dialog instead of a monolog. All right?
Iran Arms and Contra Aid Controversy
Q. Mr. President, Bill Sharp from WCSC in Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. President, to those people who might say your Presidency and you have been mortally wounded by the Iran-contra affair, how would you answer those people?
The President. Well, sometimes before I've used a line from an old Scottish ballad to the effect that, yes, I'd been wounded-"I'll lie me down and rest a bit, and then I'll fight again."
Q. Liz White, WSM Radio in Nashville. My general manager says I can't go home unless you read this aloud. [Laughter]
The President. Oh, boy! [Laughter]
Q. Please. [Laughter]
The President. "I'm Ronald Reagan. Whenever I'm in Nashville, I listen to Radio 650, WSM— [laughter] —the 50,000-watt blowtorch of the South." [Laughter]
Q. Could you do it one more time—
The President. All right. What's that?
Q. Could you do it one more time? And everybody be quiet. [Laughter]
The President. Oh, I thought they were all quiet. Well, the last part was the only place where you started to laugh. "I listen to Radio 650 WSM, the 50,000-watt blowtorch of the South."
Q. Thank you.
The President. Well, it's just like being back at WHO. [Laughter]
Incidentally, on that short answer that I gave you on mortally wounded—I have to say that I get around quite a bit in the country, and the audiences range from blue-collar workers in a factory, as they did just a few days ago, to students and their families at a graduation ceremony. And I haven't seen any evidences that I've been mortally wounded, nor do the people seem to be unhappy about what we've been doing here.

Remarks at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences Commencement Ceremony
May 16th, 1987
Thank you all very much. And Secretary Weinberger, Chairman Olch, Dean Sanford, members of the graduating class, and ladies and gentlemen, I must tell you before I start how relieved I was when Dean Sanford told me that I was going to walk on after the procession. I thought that I was going to come in with the dean, and with his reputation, I'd been afraid that the good news was that we might perch on the backstage rafters and rappel in— [laughter] —and the bad news, that we'd jump from 10,000 feet. [Laughter] But it's a pleasure to be here to welcome you the graduates of this the West Point and Annapolis and Colorado Springs for physicians into your new profession as military and Public Health Service doctors.
When I hear about the can-do spirit of America's doctors in uniform, it reminds me of a story about a group of marines. I hope those of you in the other services will forgive me for telling this, but the get-it-done spirit applies to all of America's physicians in uniform. These marines had been sent to the Army airborne school for training. And came the day for the first jump, the training officer told them that the planes would come in at 1,500 feet, they would jump from the plane, hit the ground, and move south. The marines seemed a little disturbed by this, and they went into a huddle. Then one of them as a spokesman for the group went to the officer and asked couldn't the plane come in at 500 feet instead of 1,500? And the officer explained that if they took the plane in too low, it wouldn't give them time for the parachutes to open. And he said, "Oh, you mean we're wearing parachutes?" [Laughter]
A quarter century ago, Douglas MacArthur gave his farewell address to the Long Gray Line, the cadets of West Point. He stood in the vast hall of the academy, below the balcony they call the poop deck, and spoke about the soul, not just of the Army but of all the services that you now enter. "The Long Gray Line," he said, "has never failed us. Were you to do so, a million ghosts in olive drab, in brown khaki, in blue and gray would rise from their white crosses thundering those magic words: duty, honor, country."
Duty, honor, country—the motto of West Point. And like the men and women of West Point and all of our military institutions, our physicians in uniform have never failed us. They've been ready when called; ready for hardship and sacrifice, for adventure and exploration; ready to extend the hand of compassion and healing care; ready, if called, to give the last full measure of their devotion. And you now join that company. You now enter the service of your country in one of the world's most honored professions: that of physician.

Africa: The Serengeti is a 70mm documentary film released in 1994 to IMAX theaters. It is narrated by Academy Award-nominated actor James Earl Jones and directed by veteran IMAX filmmaker George Casey, featuring nature cinematography during a year at East Africa's Serengeti plain.
The Serengeti is a huge area of grassland in Tanzania, Africa. Once a year, in time of drought, animals travel north in order to survive. This "great migration", an event in which millions of wildebeests, zebras, and antelope travel several hundred miles across the plain, while lions and other dangers await them along the way, is considered one of the great wonders of the world.
The film was shot on location in Kenya and Tanzania. Casey followed up with another nature documentary, this time on the other side of the globe, called Alaska: Spirit of the Wild.

Remarks on the 750th Anniversary of the Founding of Berlin
June 12th, 1987
The President. Well, Chancellor Kohl and Mayor Diepgen, Ambassador Burt, ladies and gentlemen: It's an honor for me to be able to join you today at this 750th birthday party for the city of Berlin. I'm especially pleased to be here today because—well, it's not often that I get to go to a birthday party for something that's older than I am. [Laughter]
But to subject you to a second speech here— [laughter] —you know, I keep thinking of a story of ancient Rome, where, on a Saturday afternoon, the hungry lions were turned loose on the little group of people there on the floor of the Coliseum, and they came charging toward them. And one individual stepped out of the group, said something very quietly, and the lions all laid down. Well, the crowd was enraged and horrified that they're going to be denied the show. And Caesar sent for the man who had spoken to the lions. And they brought him, and he said, "What did you say to them that made them act like that?" And he said, "I just told them that after they ate, there'd be speeches." [Laughter]

Enterprise is called to investigate another nearby crisis, Picard and Wesley proceed alone, traveling with a representative of the planet, Dirgo, in his dilapidated shuttle. En route, the shuttle fails, forcing an emergency landing on a desert-like moon. Upon learning Dirgo is not traveling with water, Picard positions a makeshift arrow in the sand to indicate their direction and heads toward a mountain range for shelter.

A flying ace or fighter ace is a military aviator credited with shooting down five or more enemy aircraft during aerial combat.
The term ace in a day is used to designate a fighter pilot who has shot down five or more airplanes in a single day. During World War II 68 U.S. pilots —43 U.S. Army Air Forces, 18 U.S. Navy, and 7 U.S. Marine Corps — were credited the feat, including Joe Foss, Chuck Yeager, and David McCampbell

There is part to this next song I discuss that sounds a lot like jets flying over and then what sounds like anti-aircraft fire, but with a synthesized sound to it. At 3:04, there is thumping sound that sounds like a mortar round or I would guess is a bomb from the jet. I noted the association of the release date of this album with the date 6/7/1976, which was a Monday. I also calculated that Apollo 8 entered orbit of the Earth's moon on Monday 12/23/1968, Hawaii-time, which was a new experience for humans. The Apollo 17 made a new landing on the Earth's moon on Monday, 12/11/1972. The reference to the "lizard mixture" reminds me of Jim Morrison of The Doors and there are other observations I have made that associate my identity with Jim Morrison but that I have included here. The "dance on the eventide" reminds me that Apollo 17 launched from Earth at night. There is probably something there about the secrecy of my activities. The part about "light my torch" reminds me of the Apollo rocket launches. A "firedance through the night" could be about that rocket traveling through the blackness of space. It is cold on the Earth's moon, which is a satellite of Earth, as are the moons of other planets in our solar system, such as those at Saturn and Jupiter. The part about "last time La Luna" reminds me that Apollo 17 was the last space flight to the Earth's moon and that flight made a lunar landing on a Monday. There are relevant personal details about the Apollo 17 flight, as well as all the Apollo flights, that are not described here.

There are details in this movie that suggest it is a work of art I created to have some bearing on my graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1982. The notion about "fast times" is a reference to my career as a U.S. Navy F-14 Tomcat pilot. The boyfriend of Phoebe's character in the 1982 "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" is named "Doug" and he works for an airline in Chicago, which probably is a reference to the Douglas Aircraft Company. Douglas Aircraft manufactured the A-4 Skyhawk which the U.S. Navy Blue Angels were still flying at that time in 1982. Douglas Aircraft Company is the predecessor of McDonnell Douglas, which was also a manufacturer of aircraft for the U.S. Navy.
The scene of Phoebe sitting on the diving board reminds me of the bow ramp on certain U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, such as the USS Nimitz CVN-68, where some photos show two structures on the bow that resemble diving boards, such as the link listed below. She is sitting there with her hands under her legs which could represent me sitting at the catapult of the aircraft carrier in an F-14 Tomcat with my hands under my legs so I would not hit the throttles as I was being shot off the deck. She is dangling her feet in the water which could represent the U.S. Navy aviation term "feet wet." She sits there and watches someone in the pool get flipped over not unlike the so-called Dilbert Dunker that was used by the U.S. Navy to train pilots. The Dilbert Dunker was also featured in the "An Officer And A Gentleman" which premiered the same day nation-wide as Phoebe's movie.

An elevated starboard bow view of the aircraft carrier USS SARATOGA (CV 60) underway. An F-14A TOMCAT aircraft is being launched from a forward catapult.
In Phoebe's movie, someone tells her that a guy looks like Richard Gere, who was the star of "An Officer And A Gentleman," where he portrayed an aspiring U.S. Navy pilot. In "Fast Times at Ridgemont High," that Gere-look-alike goes on to order a meatball sandwich, which is also a U.S. Navy term related to aircraft carrier aviation. The fantasy scene of Phoebe taking off her top not only represents that I was taking off from the deck of aircraft carriers but also the guy she seems to kiss, but doesn't, seems to be wearing the dress blue jacket of a U.S. Navy officer. You can't tell that because the camera angle doesn't reveal the gold braid on the sleeves or that aviator wings on the front of the jacket. I have been thinking that the inspiration for that fantasy scene, in the first place, was from a crush I had on Phoebe's mother in the early 1970's, assuming I had creative input into that movie. As that fantasy scene progresses, she runs her fingers through the hair on his neck probably to point out that he has longer hair than a U.S. Navy officer would have, or something like that. I think I designed that part to represent that his hair was too long, but it was primarily to represent that I would not have hair that long. There is that scene in "An Officer And A Gentleman" where "Paula" comments about how they shouldn't worry because something will grow in inch by the time they get liberty. When "Zack" sees "Paula" the very next time, after they get liberty, he gestures to his head to indicate that his hair had indeed grown at least an inch since she made that comment.
I believe that "Fast Times At Ridgemont High," "An Officer And A Gentleman," and "Pink Floyd The Wall," all premiered nationwide on the same day in 1982 because I had artistic input and control over all of those movies and that they are relevant to my wife and me.

I am the "Abnormal Psych Professor" that Phoebe's character in the 1982 "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" went to live with after graduating from "Ridgemont High" to attend college at "Riverside." I also note that the zip code for Riverside, New Jersey, is 08075. I was 8075 days old on 4/12/1981, which was the day of the first launch of the space shuttle. The "Star Trek" website also indicates that "James T. Kirk" was born in Riverside, IA, USA. The postal abbreviation for Iowa reminds me of "Intelligence Agent." Earlier in the movie, Phoebe's dialog establishes that her character's boyfriend is named "Doug" and that he works for the airline company, which reminds me of McDonnell Douglas, the manufacturer of several models of aircraft for the U.S. Navy. The actor who portrays a character that fantasized about Phoebe kissing him appears to be wearing a U.S. Navy officer's dress blue jacket.

POWs will get another homecoming, 30 years later
By Brian Kelly
Herald Writer
OAK HARBOR -- Two words. A snippet of a sentence, a phrase that lifted them higher than the lumbering Air Force C-141 could ever soar.
"Feet wet!" came the call. And in plane after plane, shouts of joy erupted as each "Hanoi Taxi" crossed the coastline of Vietnam.
Thirty years ago today, the first wave of prisoners of war came home from Vietnam. Dubbed "Operation Homecoming," it saw the release of almost 600 of the 801 Americans captured during the war.
Today at Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, the freedom flights will be marked by a symposium and panel discussion hosted by a half-dozen or so Vietnam POWs. It's a hot ticket for people in uniform: Roughly 400 or more sailors and Marines are expected to attend.
Richard "Skip" Brunhaver, the pilot of a Navy A-4 Skyhawk, recalled being on the second flight out of Hanoi on Feb. 12, 1973. He spent 2,729 days, more than seven years, as a prisoner of war, most of them in Hoa Lo prison, better known as the "Hanoi Hilton."
He was 25 when he was captured -- his fighter-bomber went down because of mechanical trouble in August 1965 -- and 33 when he went home as part of Operation Homecoming.
No cheers came from on board when his plane took off from Vietnam, bound for Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.
"We had developed so much cynicism over such a long period of time, you never knew," Brunhaver recalled. "You thought there might be some trick going on."
Brunhaver, now 62, said the mood changed once the plane crossed the coast.
"When we hit 'feet wet,' we knew it was for real. About that time, your brain clicked over and said it's time to start living again."

The initial version of the Intruder was built around the complex and advanced DIANE (Digital Integrated Attack/Navigation Equipment), intended to provide a high degree of bombing accuracy even at night and in poor weather.
It suffered numerous teething problems, though, and it was several years before its reliability was established.
A-6B
To provide Navy squadrons with a SEAD aircraft to attack enemy air defense and SAM systems--a mission dubbed "Iron Hand" in Navy parlance--19 A-6As were converted to A-6B standard from 1967 to 1970. The A-6B had many of its standard attack systems removed in favor of special equipment to detect and track enemy radar sites and to guide AGM-45 Shrike and AGM-78 Standard anti-radiation missiles.
