To: Governor Gregoire

From: Kerry W. Burgess (official United States federal undercover identity, an identity completely compromised by forces hostile to the United States of America)

Governor,

I have communicated most of these same details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.

I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coup

A coup d'état or simply coup, is the sudden overthrow of a government, often through illegal means by a part of the state establishment — mostly replacing just the high-level figures. It is also an example of political engineering. It can be (although not necessarily) violent, but it is different from a revolution, which is staged by a larger group and radically changes the political system through unconstitutional means.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutiny

Mutiny is the act of conspiring to disobey an order that a group of similarly-situated individuals (typically members of the military; or the crew of any ship, even if they are civilians) are legally obliged to obey. The term is commonly used for a rebellion among members of the military against their superior officer(s), turning the strongest arm of the law into a danger for the legal order.

U.S. military law requires obedience only to lawful orders. Disobedience to unlawful orders is the obligation of every member of the U.S. armed forces, a principle established by the Nuremberg trials and reaffirmed in the aftermath of the My Lai Massacre. However, a U.S. soldier who disobeys an order after deeming it unlawful will almost certainly be court-martialed to determine whether the disobedience was proper.

Admiral Bates: Now, since your ass is on the line, sailor, I authorize you right now, to do whatever you can to aid in the arrival of the SEAL Team. Because if I goddamn can't control you, I might as well support you. Correct?

Casey Ryback: That's affirmative, Sir!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/US_House_Resolution_333

House Resolution 333 is a resolution submitted to the House of Representatives by Representative Dennis Kucinich during the 110th United States Congress that impeaches Vice President Dick Cheney on three charges.

The resolution charges that Vice President Cheney:

has purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States by fabricating a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, as well as

fabricating a threat about an alleged relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda, in order to justify the use of the U.S. Armed Forces against Iraq in a manner damaging to U.S. national security interests; and

in violation of his constitutional oath and duty, has openly threatened aggression against Iran absent any real threat to the United States, and has done so with the proven U.S. capability to carry out such threats, thus undermining U.S. national security.

The resolution was authored and submitted by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, a representative of Ohio who is also a presidential candidate in the 2008 election. Congressman Kucinich has made available more than 45 documents supporting the articles of impeachment at his Congressional website, including at least 15 for each article

Including Rep. Kucinich, the resolution has fifteen co-sponsors

The resolution has been referred to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties, chaired by Congressman Jerrold Nadler.

Neither the subcommittee nor the full Judiciary Committee, chaired by Congressman John Conyers, has yet scheduled a hearing on the resolution. Absent a positive referral from the Judiciary Committee, the only way the resolution could reach the floor of the House is with the approval of the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

Failure of the Judiciary Committee and Speaker Pelosi to act favorably would result in the resolution remaining in committee indefinitely, where it would never receive a vote.

The resolution was introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich on April 24, 2007. During his press conference announcing the resolution, Kucinich stated that he had not informed his party's leadership of the resolution and had not recently spoken about the resolution with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi or Congressman John Conyers, the Chairman of the committee to which his resolution was referred.[5]

On CNN's The Situation Room, Kucinich stated, "I'm not promoting [the resolution]... Members of Congress will have to search their own conscience, take counsel with their constituents, and make the decision independently."

Cracking the Code

How do you keep a secret? One way is esczfrs ncjaezrclasj.* If you understood that, you already may know a little about cryptography. For more than 3,000 years, people have encrypted messages to keep their communications secret. Today's encryption is much more sophisticated than the simple encryption from our past. And whether you know it or not, we deal with encryptions every day – every time we use our ATM card or type in our computer password.

I can't "remember" for certain the year Tracie Rhodes, who I was married to in the context of my artificial and symbolic memory, was born but I am pretty sure her birth date was 7/16/1970. Tracie's father was named Joseph, same as my father. Tracie's mother was named Betty, same as my grandmother.

I am also quite certain that 1/31/1970 was the birthdate for my younger brother, Kevin, in the context of my artificial identity. He and I have the same middle name and last name, also in the context of my artificial identity.

In the context of my artificial and symbolic memory, I can "remember" Tracie Rhodes wanting me to ask her father, Joseph, for permission to marry her. Tracie's birthday, in the context of my artificial and symbolic memory, was July 16th. We met when she started working at the First Federal bank in Greenville, although she worked at the branches in Clemson, South Carolina, which is home to the Clemson Tigers. I lived nearby in Central, South Carolina, off Issaqueena Trail, before I moved to Country Club Estates in Greer, South Carolina. Her job was to restock the ATM machines with cash while my job was to repair the machines if they broke down. She would call me out if any repairs were needed. Her mother was named Betty, same as my grandmother. Joseph was also the name of my father and his second wife was named Gemma.

Chris Kelvin: Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong, and somehow I was wrong about everything.

Ellsworth Milton (E.M.) Statler (October 26, 1863 - April 16, 1928) was a U.S. hotel businessman born near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

He built his first permanent Statler Hotel in 1907, in Buffalo, New York (it being the first major hotel to have a private bath or shower and running water in every room). Future hotels constructed by E. M. Statler were located in Cleveland (1912), Detroit (1915), St. Louis (1917), New York (the Hotel Pennsylvania, built by the Pennsylvania Rail Road and leased to Statler and Franklin J. Matchette in 1919; later bought by the Hotels Statler Company in 1948), a new hotel in Buffalo (1923; the previous Hotel Statler in Buffalo was renamed the Hotel Buffalo and sold later in the 1920s), and his last hotel, built in Boston (1927).

The Hotels Statler Company went on to build several other hotels after Statler's death in 1928. These were located in Washington, D. C. (1943), Los Angeles (1952), Hartford, Conn. (1954) and construction was underway on the Dallas house in 1954 when Conrad Hilton bought the Hotels Statler Company for the sum of $111 million – at that time the largest real estate transaction in history. The Dallas hotel was opened as the Statler Hilton in 1956.

The Ides of Mark

Episode Number: 28
Season Num: 3
First Aired: Tuesday March 2, 1976

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ides_Of_March

In the Roman calendar, the Ides of March was a term used to denote 15 March. In general, the Ides fell on the 15th day of the months of March, May, July, or October, or the 13th day of any other month.[1] The term had real meaning only in the traditional Roman calendar, which was displaced by the Julian calendar in 46 BC; however, it was still used in a colloquial sense for centuries afterwards to denote the middle of the month.

In modern times, the term is best known because of Julius Caesar having been assassinated on the Ides of March in 44 BCE, the story of which was famously retold in William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar.[2] The term has come to be used as a metaphor for impending doom.

Assassination of Julius Caesar

Caesar summoned the Senate to meet in the Theatre of Pompey on the Ides of March. A certain seer warned Caesar to be on his guard against a great peril on the day of the month of March which the Romans call the Ides; and when the day had come and Caesar was on his way to the senate-house, he greeted the seer with a jest and said: "Well, the Ides of March are come," and the seer said to him softly: "Ay, they are come, but they are not gone."[3]

As the Senate convened, Caesar was attacked and stabbed to death by a group of senators who called themselves the Liberatores ("Liberators"); they justified their action on the grounds that they committed tyrannicide, not murder, and were preserving the Republic from Caesar's alleged monarchical ambitions.

Stockdale, United States Navy; Colonel George E. Day, United States Air Force; and Lieutenant Thomas R. Norris, United States Naval Reserve, are here with us today.

Foreigner

Long, Long Way From Home

It was a monday
A day like any other day
I left a small town
For the apple in decay
It was my destiny
Its what we needed to do
They were telling me
Im telling you
I was inside looking outside
The millions of faces
But still Im alone
Waiting, hours of waiting
Paying a penance
I was longing for home
Im looking out for the two of us
I hope well be here when theyre through with us
I was inside looking outside
Oh the millions of faces
But still Im alone
Waiting, hours of waiting
I could feel the tension
I was longing for home
Im looking out for the two of us
And I hope well be here when theyre through with us
Im coming home
Monday, sad, sad monday
Shes waiting for me
But Im a long, long way from home
Sad, sad monday
Shes waiting for me
But Im a long, long way from home
Sad, sad monday
Oh shes waiting for me
But Im a long, long way from home

Girl On The Moon

Its night, again
Time for my mind to go wandering
Off on a journey, through space and time
In search of a face I can never find
So I close my eyes and look inside

I cant forget
The night that I saw her we never met
She felt so close to me as I reached for her hand
She drifted away like the desert sand
It was her and she was gone

I wish shed come back tonight
Like a star shining bright
I dont know where shes from

Shes like a girl on the moon
A girl on the moon
Shes like a girl on the moon
A girl on the moon

Yeah its night, once again
And that same old feeling is setting in
It all seems so familiar but I hope this time
That the girl on the moon will soon be mine
All mine, tonight

Am I asking too much
Should I leave my dream untouched
Should I even know where shes from

My, girl on the moon
Shes my girl on the moon
Girl on the moon
My girl on the moon
Girl on the moon
My girl on the moon
Girl on the moon
Girl on the moon
Girl on the moon
Fille sur la lune

Proclamation 5687—Thanksgiving Day, 1987

July 28th, 1987

Thanksgiving Day is one of our most beloved holidays, an occasion set aside by Americans from earliest times to thank our Maker prayerfully and humbly for the blessings and the care He bestows on us and on our beautiful, bountiful land. Through the decades, through the centuries, in log cabins, country churches, cathedrals, homes, and halls, the American people have paused to give thanks to God, in times of peace and plenty or of danger and distress.

Acknowledgement of dependence on God's favor was, in fact, our fledgling Nation's very first order of business. When the delegates to the First Continental Congress met in Philadelphia in 1774, they overcame discord by uniting in prayer for our country. Despite the differences among them as they began their work, they found common voice in the 35th Psalm, which concludes with a verse of joyous gratitude, "And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long."

This year, of course, our Thanksgiving Day celebration coincides with the Bicentennial of the Constitution. In 1789 the government established by that great charter of freedom, and "the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed," were cited by George Washington in the first Presidential Thanksgiving Proclamation as among "the great and various favors" conferred upon us by the Lord and Ruler of Nations. As we thank the God our first President called "that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be," we have even greater cause for gratitude than the fresh triumphs that inspired Washington's prose. We have seen the splendor of our natural resources spread across the tables of the world, and we have seen the splendor of freedom coursing with new vigor through the channels of history. The cause for which we give thanks, for which so many of our citizens through the years have given
their lives, has endured 200 years—a blessing to us and a light to all mankind.

On Thanksgiving Day, 1987, let us, in this unbroken chain of observance, dedicate ourselves to honor anew the Author of Liberty and to publicly acknowledge our debt to all those who have sacrificed so much in our behalf. May our gratitude always be coupled with petitions for divine guidance and protection for our Nation and with ready help for our neighbors in time of need.

Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim Thursday, November 26, 1987, as a National Day of Thanksgiving, and I call upon the citizens of this great Nation to gather together in homes and places of worship on that day of thanks to affirm by their prayers and their gratitude the many blessings God has bestowed upon us.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-eighth day of July, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twelfth.

RONALD REAGAN
