To: Governor Gregoire

From: Kerry W. Burgess (official United States federal undercover identity, an identity completely compromised by forces hostile to the United States of America)

Governor,

I have communicated most of these same details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.

I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.

General David Monroe Shoup (30 December 1904 - 13 January 1983) was a World War II Medal of Honor recipient and the twenty-second Commandant of the United States Marine Corps (January 1, 1960–December 31, 1963).

The President of the United States takes pride in presenting the MEDAL OF HONOR to

COLONEL DAVID M. SHOUP

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS

for service as set forth in the following CITATION:

For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty as commanding officer of all Marine Corps troops in action against enemy Japanese forces on Betio Island, Tarawa Atoll, Gilbert Islands, from 20 to 22 November 1943. Although severely shocked by an exploding enemy shell soon after landing at the pier and suffering from a serious, painful leg wound which had become infected, Col. Shoup fearlessly exposed himself to the terrific and relentless artillery, machinegun, and rifle fire from hostile shore emplacements. Rallying his hesitant troops by his own inspiring heroism, he gallantly led them across the fringing reefs to charge the heavily fortified island and reinforce our hard-pressed, thinly held lines. Upon arrival on shore, he assumed command of all landed troops and, working without rest under constant, withering enemy fire during the next 2 days, conducted smashing attacks against unbelievably strong and fanatically defended Japanese positions despite innumerable obstacles and heavy casualties. By his brilliant leadership daring tactics, and selfless devotion to duty, Col. Shoup was largely responsible for the final decisive defeat of the enemy, and his indomitable fighting spirit reflects great credit upon the U.S. Naval Service.

VIETNAM WAR MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENTS

*COOK, DONALD GILBERT

Rank and organization: Colonel, United States Marine Corps, Prisoner of War by the Viet Cong in the Republic of Vietnam. Place and date: Vietnam, 31 December 1964 to 8 December, 1967. Entered Service at: Brooklyn, New York. Date and place of birth: 9 August 1934, Brooklyn New York. Citation: For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while interned as a Prisoner of War by the Viet Cong in the Republic of Vietnam during the period 31 December 1964 to 8 December 1967. Despite the fact that by so doing he would bring about harsher treatment for himself, Colonel (then Captain) Cook established himself as the senior prisoner, even though in actuality he was not. Repeatedly assuming more than his share of their health, Colonel Cook willingly and unselfishly put the interests of his comrades before that of his own well-being and, eventually, his life. Giving more needy men his medicine and drug allowance while constantly nursing them, he risked infection from contagious diseases while in a rapidly deteriorating state of health. This unselfish and exemplary conduct, coupled with his refusal to stray even the slightest from the Code of Conduct, earned him the deepest respect from not only his fellow prisoners, but his captors as well. Rather than negotiate for his own release or better treatment, he steadfastly frustrated attempts by the Viet Cong to break his indomitable spirit. and passed this same resolve on to the men whose well-being he so closely associated himself. Knowing his refusals would prevent his release prior to the end of the war, and also knowing his chances for prolonged survival would be small in the event of continued refusal, he chose nevertheless to adhere to a Code of Conduct far above that which could be expected. His personal valor and exceptional spirit of loyalty in the face of almost certain death reflected the highest credit upon Colonel Cook, the Marine Corps, and the United States Naval Service.

"Blue Angels: A Year in the Life" (2005) (mini)
TV-Series

Release Date: 16 March 2005 (USA)

I dreamed recently that I was again reviewing that "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode "Angels One," and the title had changed to "Blue Angels One." There are relevant details about that episode that I have not listed here. Every time I see this photo, that chrome on the jet engine intakes of this U.S. Navy Blue Angels A-4 Skyhawk reminds me of some large mirrors I put on the doors on my 1967 blue Chevrolet. I "remember" that Thedia was annoyed, angry even, that I was putting them on there but I did anyway. Of the A-4 Skyhawk photos I have examined on dodmedia.mil, the Blue Angels jets are the only ones with the chrome on the jet engine intakes.

A Blue Angels A-4E SKYHAWK aircraft is on display along with the exhibit and ceremony for the last SKYHAWK built by McDonnell Douglas Corporation.

Location: LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA (CA) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)

Camera Operator: SGT FRANK REFUERZO

Date Shot: 27 Feb 1979

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A-4_Skyhawk

The A-4 Skyhawk was an American attack aircraft originally designed to operate from United States Navy aircraft carriers. The aircraft was designed and produced by Douglas Aircraft Corporation (later McDonnell Douglas)

The diminutive Skyhawk soon received the nicknames "Scooter," "Bantam Bomber," "Tinker Toy Bomber," and, on account of its nimble performance, "Heinemann's Hot-Rod."

The A-4's nimble performance also made it suitable to replace the F-4 Phantom II when the Navy downsized their aircraft for the Blue Angels demonstration team until the availability of the F/A-18 Hornet in the 1980s.

The license plate from the car Forest Whitaker drives in the 1982 "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" not only has what appears to be a 1793 on the end of the sequence, but that could also be a clue about Princeton University. I have also noted a similar color scheme with certain F-14 Tomcat squadrons. The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Team was flying the A-4 Skyhawk back at that time, which were painted blue with yellow highlights. The U.S. Navy jets are normally painted with a gray color. Whitaker's character also wore a 33 on his football jersey.

Every time I see that photo from the pilots seat of a U.S. Navy Blue Angels F/A-18 Hornet jet, as linked below, I remember a visualization in a dream I had a while back before I saw that photo. I started pondering over how the bars in the windows of U.S. Navy aircraft were probably annoying because of the obstruction as I scanned the sky for other aircraft. I noted that the F-16 Falcon has no bars in the windscreen and give a complete view of the sky. It is the photo 020109-N-0000X-002.jpg, as linked below, that reminds me of that dream as described. It is those rivets in that bar in the windscreen that I remember seeing in the dream but didn't understand what it meant.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 03/30/07 3:08 AM

A very detailed dream about being on a Luge course at an Olympic competition. I can remember that I made two timed runs through the course. I can remember very clearly the first part of the course going down a large hill and going very fast. But the weird part is that I was going backwards and that I had to make a 90-degree turn about half-way through the course, which was very tricky. There was a wall there at the turn that I would have hit if I hadn't got it right. I can remember making course adjustment to my sled as I was traveling backwards and approaching the turn that would be to my left as my back was to it and it was a turn that I couldn't even actually see. I can remember that my time was in the range of 13-something, which I guess means the course took me over 13 minutes. I had no idea if that was good enough time to earn a gold medal. Then I was back at the course start I guess to make a third run. But I didn't see any point to it so I went into some kind of nearby building to return my sled. But at that point, my sled was some kind of copper-colored rocket. There were three people in the room and one was Thedia. Another was a woman I remember as Donna, who was friend of Thedia's when we lived in that rented house on Dequincy in De Queen. I don't know who was the 3rd person as he was talking to Donna and had his back to me. I went back outside to make my third and final run and I remember that Donna was announcing my name over the PA but she kept getting my middle name wrong. First she called me Kerry Abner Burgess and then she called me Kerry Charlie Burgess, and she was saying something else but I think at the end, she just like the mike open and wasn't saying anything. I was at the start of the Luge course while she was talking and I was configuring my sled but now it included a chair from a kitchen table. It seemed that the chair would drag behind me on ropes. Instead of having the chair with its back flat to the ice while the legs were horizontal to the ice, the back of the chair was vertical to the ice while the legs were horizontal to the ice. Throughtout the dream, I have the indescribable sense of the blue sky, which I can almost visualize and which I could seen parts of the horizon of the sky and their is some indescribable notion connected to that visualization about jet aircraft.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Orion_%28nuclear_propulsion%29

Project Orion was the first engineering design study of a spacecraft powered by nuclear pulse propulsion, an idea first proposed by Stanislaw Ulam in 1947. The project, initiated in 1958, was led by Ted Taylor at General Atomics and physicist Freeman Dyson, who at Taylor's request took a year away from Princeton's Institute for Advanced Study to work on the project. The first such think-tank of its kind since the Manhattan Project, Project Orion is recalled by many of its team as representing the best years of their lives.

By using energetic nuclear power, Orion offered both high thrust and high specific impulse — the holy grail of spacecraft propulsion. It offered performance greater than the most advanced conventional or nuclear rocket engines now under study. Cheap interplanetary travel was the goal of the Orion Project. Its supporters felt that it had great potential for space travel, but it lost political approval because of concerns with fallout from its propulsion. The Partial Test Ban Treaty of 1963 is generally acknowledged to have ended the project.

Orion's potential performance was stunning, at least compared to today's chemical or even other nuclear designs. Jerry Pournelle, who is acquainted with the project and its ex-team leader Freeman Dyson, has been quoted as saying that a single mission could have provided us with a large permanent moon base. Alternatively an Orion could reach Pluto and return to Earth inside of a year. Single stage to Mars and back also seemed to be possible.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orion_%28spacecraft%29

Orion is a spacecraft design currently under development by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Each Orion spacecraft will carry a crew of four to six astronauts, and will be launched by the new Ares I launch vehicle. Both Orion and Ares I are elements of NASA's Project Constellation, which plans to send human explorers back to the Moon by 2020, and then onward to Mars and other destinations in the solar system.[1][2] On August 31, 2006, NASA awarded Lockheed Martin (LM) the contract to design, develop, and build Orion.[3]

Orion will launch from the same launch complex at Kennedy Space Center that currently launches the Space Shuttle. NASA will use Orion spacecraft for its human spaceflight missions after the last Shuttle orbiter is retired in 2010. Orion is scheduled initially to handle logistic flights to the International Space Station starting at the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015, and after that it will become a key component of missions to the Moon and Mars.

This is the exact route from Ashdown, AR, I "remember" driving to my visit my grandparents in Antlers, OK, which is where I was born, in the context of my artificial and symbolic memory. The town of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, is at the mid-point of that route between Antlers and Ashdown. I thought a lot about that when that episode premiered in 2001. I was in Charlotte, North Carolina, on 9/26/2001, after Microsoft sent me out there around that time on a plane from Seattle. Microsoft Corporation arranged before the 9/11/2001 attacks to have me fly across the country on a civilian airliner in the days after the 9/11/2001 attacks. I would also note later that Tom Devey, the Ilan Ramon look-alike would seem very nervous when he found out from me that Microsoft was flying us down to Los Angeles at the same time for the Professional Developers Conference. I have also been sensing, with good reason, there is some kind of sniper threat against me. There is also the time that guy tried to knock me off my bicycle as I sped by him and that would have certainly caused some bodily harm to me if I had crashed. We impacted too hard for it not to have been him leaning in to bump me, using deadly force, as I passed him. After I managed to stop my bicycle, remarkably without crashing, the demeanor of the aggressor changed, making me think there was a hidden camera somewhere that would only record the part where I pummeled the aggressor into the pavement. I told him I was "tired of his shit" and I got back on my bicycle and rode off. I considered stopping at the Redmond Police to report the incident, but after an earlier observation of the Bellevue Police in response to my stolen car, I saw no point to making a report. After I reported my missing car to the Bellevue Police and they sent someone out to take my report, I found out 3 days later that my car had been sitting down on a lower level of the parking garage with the hood up and because the thieves couldn't get the car started. The Bellevue Police didn't even look around for the car after I reported it stolen.
