I have communicated most of these same details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.
I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.
As I noted, there are forces hostile to the United States of America operating in the State of Washington and as has been common to my life, those hostile forces and national traitors are usually following me around and working to disrupt my family life.
I'm just trying to finish my assigment and get back home to my family.

Pogo oscillation is the term for a potentially dangerous type of oscillation found in rocket engines. This oscillation results in variations of thrust from the engines, generally caused by variations in fuel flow rate, and placing stress on the frame of the vehicle. Although the term is frequently written POGO, it is not an acronym, but in fact a reference to the bouncing of a pogo stick.
There are several causes of pogo oscillation. The main one is when a surge in engine pressure increases back pressure against the fuel coming into the engine, reducing engine pressure, causing more fuel to come in and increasing engine pressure again. If the cycle happens to match a resonance frequency of the rocket then dangerous oscillations can occur through positive feedback, which can in extreme cases tear the vehicle apart.

THE PERILS OF POGO
An important Marshall facility was the Dynamic Test Tower, the only place outside the Cape where the entire Saturn V vehicle could be assembled. Electrically powered shakers induced various vibrational modes in the vehicle, so that its elastic deformations and structural damping characteristics could be determined. The Dynamic Test Tower played a vital role in the speedy remedy of a problem that unexpectedly struck in the second flight of a Saturn V. Telemetry indicated that during the powered phases of all three stages a longitudinal vibration occurred, under which the rocket alternately contracted and expanded like a concertina. This "pogo" oscillation (the name derived from the child's toy) would be felt particularly strongly in the command module.
Analysis, supported by data collected in engine tests, confirmed that the oscillation was caused by resonance coupling between the springlike elastic structure of the tankage, and the rocket engines' propellant-feed systems. Susceptibility to pogo (a phenomenon not unknown to missile designers) had been thoroughly investigated by the Saturn stage contractors, who had certified that their respective designs would be pogo-free. It turned out that these mathematical analyses had been conducted on an inadequate data base.
Once the problem was understood, a fix was quickly found. "ln sync" with the pogo oscillations, pressures in the fuel and oxidizer feed lines fluctuated wildly. lf these fluctuations could be damped by gas-filled cavities attached to the propellant lines, which would act as shock absorbers, the unacceptable oscillation excursions should be drastically reduced. Such cavities were readily available in the liquid-oxygen prevalves, whose back sides were now filled with pressurized helium gas tapped off the high-pressure control system. After a few weeks of hectic activity, a pogo-free Saturn flight no. 3 successfully boosted the Apollo 8 crew to their Christmas flight in lunar orbit.

Project Orion was the first engineering design study of a spacecraft powered by nuclear pulse propulsion, an idea first proposed by Stanislaw Ulam in 1947. The project, initiated in 1958, was led by Ted Taylor at General Atomics and physicist Freeman Dyson, who at Taylor's request took a year away from Princeton's Institute for Advanced Study to work on the project. The first such think-tank of its kind since the Manhattan Project, Project Orion is recalled by many of its team as representing the best years of their lives.
One aspect of the proposed vessel seems counter-intuitive today: because of the force involved in the thermonuclear detonations and the need to absorb the energy without harm, massive vessel designs were actually more efficient. Early designs had crew compartments and storage areas that were several stories tall, as opposed to contemporary chemical rockets whose height was almost all multi-stage fuel tanks with relatively little payload.
Reaction mass for Orion would have been built into the bombs or dropped between 'pulses' to provide thrust. Polyethylene masses, garbage and sewage were all considered for use as reaction mass.
The smallest 4000 ton model planned for ground launch from Jackass Flats, Nevada had each blast add 30 mph (50 km/h) to the craft's velocity. A graphite based oil was to be sprayed on the pusher plate before each explosion to prevent ablation of the pusher plate. This sequence would be repeated thousands of times, like an atomic pogo stick.
Orion's potential performance was stunning, at least compared to today's chemical or even other nuclear designs. Jerry Pournelle, who is acquainted with the project and its ex-team leader Freeman Dyson, has been quoted as saying that a single mission could have provided us with a large permanent moon base. One of the great surprises of Hyakutake's passage through the inner solar system was the discovery that it was emitting X-rays, with observations made using the ROSAT satellite revealing very strong X-ray emission.[6] This was the first time a comet had been seen to do so, but astronomers soon found that almost every comet they looked at was emitting X-rays. The emission from Hyakutake was brightest in a crescent shape surrounding the nucleus with the ends of the crescent pointing away from the Sun.
The cause of the X-ray emission is thought to be a combination of several mechanisms. Reflection of solar X-rays is seen in other solar system objects such as the Moon, but is not likely to be able to explain the whole flux from Hyakutake, as the diffuse coma would be an inefficient X-ray reflector.

I recognize the date 2/14/1986 as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire somewhere over the continent of Africa. I escaped from being a POW on 4/14/1986, my family had a funeral service for me on 11/25/1986 because I had been missing for a while and enemy forces were interfering with rescue attempts. I recognize the date 5/13/1987 as when I rejoined U.S. forces and then the USS Stark FFG-31 was transporting me to Bahrain for medical treatment. The following photos serve to illustrate that attacks were made on United States forces probably as a specific attempt to assassinate me. The first two examples illustrate the nature of the attack on the USS Samuel B. Roberts FFG-58. I was probably on the USS Samuel B. Roberts FFG-58 because it had been commissioned very close to when I escaped from being a POW in 1986.

On February 29, 2000, 6 year old Dedrick Owens found a .32 caliber handgun [2] in his uncle's home. Owens took the gun and a knife to school with him. The knife was seen by another student and confiscated by a teacher, the gun remained in Dedrick's possession [3].
During a class changing period, in the presence of a teacher and 22 students, Owens shot classmate Kayla Rolland. At 6 years old, Rolland is believed to be the youngest school shooting victim in U.S. history.[4]
Owens fired only one shot, which entered Rolland's right arm before travelling into her vital organs. At 10:59 am that same day, Rolland died at Hurley Medical Center while in cardiac arrest [5].
After the shooting, Owens threw the handgun into a wastebasket and fled to a nearby restroom. He was found there by a teacher and was taken into police custody soon after. He was held in custody until the Genesee County Family Independent Agency could determine his placement [6]. He and his two younger siblings have since been placed with an aunt [7]. While in custody, he drew a picture of himself and his home for one of the police officers [8].
Because his age impaired his ability to form intent, Owens was never charged for the shooting. However his uncle and two other men have since been charged

Criticism for the memoir, titled "Dutch: A Memoir of Ronald Reagan," also continued to erupt Tuesday from the political side as former President George Bush denied Morris' claim that he and his wife were unwelcome "upstairs" in the Reagan White House when he was vice president.

"I really love that guy, he's such a terrific fellow," Bush -- Reagan's vice president -- is quoted as saying. Morris then quotes Bush as commenting about Reagan and his wife, Nancy: "I kinda wished they'd shown -- 'y'know, a little appreciation. Didn't seem to want us upstairs in the White House."
