To: Governor Gregoire

From: Kerry W. Burgess (official United States federal undercover identity, an identity completely compromised by forces hostile to the United States of America)

Governor,

I have communicated most of these same details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.

I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.

As I noted, there are forces hostile to the United States of America operating in the State of Washington and as has been common to my life, those hostile forces and national traitors are usually following me around and working to disrupt my family life.

I'm just trying to finish my assigment and get back home to my family.

In my own country, a slave to my past heroics, the object of criminal conspiracy.

Pink Floyd Lyrics

Coming Back To Life Lyrics

Where were you when I was burned and broken
While the days slipped by from my window watching
Where were you when I was hurt and helpless
Because the things you say and the things you do surround me
While you were hanging yourself on someone else's words
Dying to believe in what you heard
I was staring straight into the shining sun

Lost in thought and lost in time
While the seeds of lifeand the seeds of change were planted
Outside the rain fell dark and slow
While I pondered on this dangerous but irresistible pastime
I took a heavenly ride through our silence
I knew the moment had arrived
For killing the past and coming back to life

I took a heavenly ride through our silence
I knew the waiting had begun
And headed straight..into the shining sun

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aikido

Aikido translated as "the way of harmonious spirit", is a modern Japanese martial art (gendai budo) developed by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of his martial studies, philosophy, and religious beliefs. Ueshiba's goal was to create a martial art through which a practitioner could achieve the ability to defend himself without injuring his attacker.

Aikido emphasizes joining with an attack and redirecting the attacker's energy, as opposed to meeting force with force, and consists primarily of body throws and joint-locking techniques. In addition to physical fitness and techniques, mental training, controlled relaxation, and development of "spirit" (ki) are emphasized in aikido training.

Aiki is a martial arts principle or tactic. It typically describes an idea of oneness or joining together in the midst of combat. This principle finds expressions in such lethal concepts as the "mutual strike/kill", but in aikido it generally describes the elevated notion of moving together rather than clashing. Emphasis is upon unifying with the rhythm and intent of the opponent in order to find the optimal position and timing with which to apply the technique.[1]

The techniques of aikido can, when applied judiciously, divert or immobilize rather than damage or kill. As a result, some consider aikido to be a practical symbol of meeting aggression (physical, verbal, etc.) with an effective but merciful response, and finding harmony in conflict. Ueshiba declared, "To control aggression without inflicting injury is the Art of Peace."

The art of Daito-ryu is the primary technical influence on aikido. Along with empty-handed throwing and joint-locking techniques, Ueshiba incorporated training movements with weapons, such as those for the spear (yari), short staff (jo), and perhaps also the bayonet (juken). However, aikido derives much of its technical structure from the art of swordsmanship (kenjutsu).

I recently bought a copy of this movie on DVD and I found myself pondering over how "Tom Highway" asks if his room is still available to him, in the movie. She comments that she pours "Tom Highway's" coffee every morning and lays out his clothes. Her character's name, "Mary" makes me think of Annapolis, Maryland. Her husband was a U.S. Marine and died in Vietnam in 1968, as established by the dialog in the movie. It's the little things you miss about the person you care most about, along with all the other qualities of that person. The notion with a lot of these movies is that I mixed in a lot of details that were relevant to me with the fictional story line. Another detail I see a lot reminds me of a scar I have about my right eye, which I think occurred while I was a POW. In "Under Siege," Steven Seagal gets a similar one in a knife fight. Bruce Willis has a similar wound in "Tears of the Sun," and I noticed something similar with the "Major West" character in the 1998 "Lost In Space," as well as some other movies.

I also pondered over an earlier scene in the movie where the camera lingered on a wall calendar that indicated the date July 20 and July 21.

Annapolis is the capital of the State of Maryland and the county seat of Anne Arundel County. It is a city with a population of 36,217 according to the 2004 census estimate. The city is part of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area, It is situated at the mouth of the Severn River which flows into the Chesapeake Bay, 26 miles south of Baltimore and about 22 miles east of Washington D.C. It is also home to the United States Naval Academy and St. John's College.

The dialog of the 1986 "Heartbreak Ridge," establishes that "Mary Jackson's" husband was named "Stony Jackson," which makes me think of Stonewall Jackson, and that "Stony Jackson" was killed in 1968 during the Vietnam War. As with the 1986 "Platoon," especially Willem Dafoe's character, I believe this movie incorporated elements of my ordeal on the African continent during that time, suggesting I was able to communicate somehow with friendly forces and report my status.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonewall_Jackson

Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson (January 21,[1] 1824 – May 10, 1863) was a Confederate general during the American Civil War, and probably the most revered Confederate commander after General Robert E. Lee.[2] He is most famous for his audacious Valley Campaign of 1862 and as a corps commander in the Army of Northern Virginia under Robert E. Lee. His own troops accidentally shot him at the battle of Chancellorsville and he died of complications from an amputated arm and pneumonia several days later.

Military historians consider Jackson to be one of the most gifted tactical commanders in United States history. His Valley Campaign and his envelopment of the Union Army right wing at Chancellorsville are studied worldwide even today as examples of innovative and bold leadership. He excelled as well at the First Battle of Bull Run (where he received his famous nickname), Second Bull Run, Antietam, and Fredericksburg. Jackson was not universally successful as a commander, however, as displayed by his weak and confused efforts during the Seven Days Battles around Richmond in 1862. His death was a severe setback for the Confederacy, affecting not only its military prospects, but the morale of its army and the general public; as Jackson lay dying, General Robert E. Lee stated, "He has lost his left arm; I have lost my right."

If the objective was to select a pilot for space shuttle flight STS-93 to connect me with 6/19/1968, then this calculation is only off by 3 days. This result seems more likely than would a lot of calculations that have perfect results. The reason it would be so hard to get perfect matches is that you have to find people that have to necessary skills, in the first place, to do the job, and the job in this case is the pilot of the space shuttle. This was his first space shuttle flight so that would add weight to the possibility he was assigned specifically to connect me with 6/19/1968, and when I was 9.3 years old.

I have also noted that the USS Lassen DDG-82 was the 4th ship of the 3rd sub-class of the Arleigh Burke class of destroyers. I think it was the 4th ship because 1982 was my 4th and final year at the Academy. My thoughts suggest that it was in the 3rd sub-class because I graduated from Princeton Univeristy and University of Oxford before graduating the U.S. Naval Academy.

I have also found clues that connect the space shuttle flight STS-82 to this topic, so I think there is still a lot more for me to remember about these circumstances, although I don't now see some of the information I read a while back. But it is interesting to note that the mid-point of the STS-82 seems to be right at the point that Phoebe was 33.59 years old. I wonder if that means STS-82 was my last space shuttle flight. It works out to 33.589, which is a very good job of scheduling considering this is the scheduling of the space shuttle we are talking about here.

The flight STS-82 was left than a half-hour from being exactly 10 days in duration so that means the mid-point of the flight was 2/16/1997.

According to information on the internet, the pilot of space shuttle flight STS-68 is 3410 days older than me. I was 3396 days old on 6/19/1968, which is the date on U.S. Navy Lt. Lassen's Medal of Honor citation. It is a difference of 14 days, which is pretty good considering this is based on the pilot of the space shuttle. This appears to be a mid-point device to connect me to 6/19/1968.

From 10/31/1949 to 3/3/1959 is: 3410 days

I noted earlier in this message an association I found to USS Lassen DDG-82. I examined the details with that U.S. Navy ship because I recognize the year 1982 as when I graduated the U.S. Naval Academy. I have found other details associated with my age of 9.3 years on 6/19/1982.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clyde_Lassen

Clyde Everett Lassen (1942-1994), a native of Fort Myers, Florida, was a United States Navy aviator who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his rescue of two downed aviators while piloting a search and rescue helicopter in Vietnam.

The Mission

On June 19, 1968, Lassen, then a 27 year old Lieutenant (LT) flying a UH-2 Seasprite, embarked on a mission to recover two downed naval aviators whose plane had been shot down deep in North Vietnamese territory. Upon reaching the hilly terrain where the aviators were hiding. LT Lassen made several attempts to recover the aviators, but dense tree cover, enemy weapons fire and intermittent illumination frustrated his efforts. LT Lassen turned on the landing lights of the helicopter, despite the danger of revealing his position to the enemy. After the pilots made their way to the helicopter and with his bullet-riddled helicopter dangerously low on fuel, LT Lassen evaded further antiaircraft fire before landing safely at sea onboard a guided missile destroyer with only five minutes of fuel left in the helicopter's fuel lines. The account of the rescue was logged as a successful, routine search and rescue mission.

LT Lassen became the first naval aviator and fifth Navy man to be awarded the Medal of Honor for bravery in Vietnam. In 2001, a Naval Destroyer was commissioned and named after him: USS Lassen (DDG 82).

The space shuttle flight STS-26 returned to Earth 3.586 years after my 26th birthday. The following day was 3.589 years after my 26th birthday. If the shuttle flight STS-26 had landed 2 days later, it would have been 3.59 years after my 26th birthday. The time period from my 26th birthday to when STS-26 landed is 1310 days. That landing was only 2 days off from creating a perfect 3-59 clue pointing to me. I was 26 years old on 2/14/1986, the day I recognize as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire and was a POW in Libya.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STS-26

Launch: September 29, 1988
Landing: October 3, 1988

STS-26 was a space shuttle mission by NASA using the Discovery. It was the 26th shuttle mission, and the seventh for Discovery. It was the "Return to Flight" mission, being the first mission after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster. This was the first mission to use the original Space Transportation System numbering system since STS-9, and the first to have all crew members wearing pressure suits for launch and landing since STS-4.

Space Shuttle Discovery lifted off from Pad B, Launch Complex 39, Kennedy Space Center, at 11:37 a.m. EDT on September 29, 1988, 975 days after the Challenger disaster. Launch of America's return-to-flight mission was delayed for 1 hour and 38 minutes because of unseasonable and unusual light winds aloft, and to replace fuses in the cooling systems of two crew members' flight suits. The suits were repaired, and a waiver was issued for the wind conditions after officials determined there was a sufficient safety margin for wind loads on the orbiter wing leading edges. The 26th Shuttle flight was the seventh for Discovery.

The primary payload for the STS-26 mission, a Tracking and Data Relay Satellite (TDRS), was successfully deployed, and 11 scheduled middeck scientific and technological experiments were carried out. The orbiter sustained only minor Thermal Protection System tile damage and the redesigned solid rocket boosters showed no signs of leakage or overheating at any of the joints.

Two minor problems occurred during the flight. After ascent, the Flash Evaporator System for cooling the orbiter iced up and shut down, increasing the crew cabin temperature to approximately 87 degrees Fahrenheit. The problem was resolved on Flight Day 4 and cooler temperatures resulted. A Ku-band antenna for communications was successfully deployed on Flight Day 2, but it failed to respond properly and had to be stowed for the remainder of the mission.

Besides conducting the various experiments, crew members practiced suiting up in new partial-pressure, or launch-and-entry, flight suits, and unstowing and attaching the new crew escape system. On Oct. 2, the day before the mission ended, the five-man crew paid a moving tribute to the 51-L Challenger crew.

Discovery landed on Runway 17, Edwards AFB, CA, at 12:37 p.m. EDT on Oct. 3. Mission duration was 4 days and 1 hour. Capsule Communicator Blaine Hammond Jr. welcomed the crew, saying it was "a great ending to a new beginning."

The space shuttle flight STS-27 launched 33.59 months after 2/14/1986. I recognize the date 2/14/1986 as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire somewhere in Africa. I would have turned 27 years old while a Prisoner of War of Libya.

STS-27 was a space shuttle mission by NASA using the Space Shuttle Atlantis. It was the 27th shuttle mission, and the 3rd for Atlantis, 2nd after the Challenger disaster. It carried a payload for the U.S. Department of Defense.

The Space Shuttle Atlantis (OV-104), at the time the youngest in NASA's fleet, made its third flight in a classified mission for the Department of Defense (DoD).

STS-28

Launch: August 8, 1989
Landing: August 13, 1989

Fourth mission dedicated to United States Department of Defense, and first flight of Columbia since mission STS-61-C. Due to the nature of this mission, details are classified. Believed to have deployed two satellites, possibly including one second-generation Satellite Data System relay.

It has been reported that STS-28 also deployed an Advanced KH-11 photo-reconnaissance satellite that used an all-digital imaging system to return pictures. The satellite was placed into a low earth orbit with a high-inclination to the equator to allow coverage of most of the Earth's surface. The KH-11 series is a digital imaging photo- reconnaissance satellite with both visual and infrared sensors.

The pioneering Space Shuttle Orbiter Columbia (OV-102), the first operational reusable spaceship in NASA's fleet, lifted off from Pad 39B, Launch Complex 39, KSC, on 8 August 1989. Liftoff time was 8:37 a.m. EDT. It was the 30th flight of the Space Shuttle, and the first flight of the refurbished Columbia since the 61-C mission on 12 January 1986. Landing was at Edwards AFB, CA, at 9:37 p.m. EDT. The mission lasted for 5 days and 1 hour.

During the flight, the crew shut down a thruster in the reaction control system (RCS) because of indications of a leak. Also, an RCS heater malfunctioned.

Post-flight analysis of STS-28 discovered unusual heating of the thermal protection system (TPS) during re-entry. A detailed report ([1] identified protruding gap filler as the likely cause. This filler material is the same material which was removed during a spacewalk on the STS-114 Return to Flight mission in 2005.

Airdate February 14, 1994

A Federation deep space probe has malfunctioned and crashed on Barkon 4, a planet with a pre-industrial civilization and a level of scientific advancement roughly similar to Earth's early Renaissance. Data is sent to recover radioactive material in the probe, but while working on his mission, he is overloaded by an electrical surge from the probe's computer and loses his memory.

The android wanders into a nearby village and is befriended by Garvin (the widowed town magistrate) and his young daughter, Gia. Since he doesn't remember anything about himself — not even his own name — the girl gives him a name ("Jayden"), and the village physician concludes (on account of his pale skin and unusual strength) that he must be an "ice man" from the nearby mountains.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_transmission

A manual transmission (also known as a stick shift, straight drive, or standard transmission) is a type of transmission used in automotive applications. Manual transmissions often feature a driver-operated clutch and a movable gear selector. Most automobile manual transmissions allow the driver to select any gear at any time, but some, such as those commonly mounted on motorcycles and some types of racing cars, only allow the driver to select the next-highest or next-lowest gear ratio. This second type of transmission is sometimes called a sequential (manual) transmission.

Christian Szell: Is it safe?... Is it safe?

Babe: You're talking to me?

Christian Szell: Is it safe?

Babe: Is what safe?

Christian Szell: Is it safe?

Babe: I don't know what you mean. I can't tell you something's safe or not, unless I know specifically what you're talking about.

Christian Szell: Is it safe?

Babe: Tell me what the "it" refers to.

Christian Szell: Is it safe?

Babe: Yes, it's safe, it's very safe, it's so safe you wouldn't believe it.

Christian Szell: Is it safe?

Babe: No. It's not safe, it's... very dangerous, be careful.

“I have friends in college who are looking for summer work; I’m on an aircraft carrier," said Midshipman 2nd Class Chris Pogue of Chesapeake, Va. "I spent time with a SEAL [Sea, Air, Land] team last year. Not a lot of people get to do these things. I get to watch F-14s {Tomcats} land right next to me. How amazing is that?”

Aboard Kennedy, the 20-year-old was exposed to navigation, conning, chart work and engineering. His running mate, Air Traffic Controller 1st Class Paul Greenough taught the political science major a great deal about air traffic control at sea.
