Governor,

I have communicated most of these same details and more to the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and I wanted to also inform you of my observations.

I currently maintain an official United States federal undercover identity and I began that assignment on 12/7/1998 to investigate Microsoft Corporation sponsored terrorism. My deployment start date is recorded as 3/15/1998 and 3/16/1998 and I have been 100% deployed since then without even being able to visit with my family. I have not yet been granted permission to resume my true identity. And there is predictability to the terrorists attacks I have survived to this point.

'Star Trek' props live long and prosper

May 19, 2006 10:28 AM PDT

CBS Paramount Television Studios is offering more than 1,000 lots including about 4,000 items for the auction. Christie's expects to raise about $3 million from the sale but says the "emotional fury" is hard to gauge.

It's only plastic? Christie's will be auctioning the Enterprise this way: "A model of the Starship Enterprise-A, made from a modified plastic hobby kit--22 inches by 11 inches by 6.5 inches--used in visual effects production for 'Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country' and in earlier Star Trek movies. Estimate: $15,000-$25,000."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_orbit

The orbit of the Moon around the Earth is completed in approximately 27.3 days. The Earth and Moon orbit about their common center of mass, which lies about 4,700 kilometres from Earth's center (about three quarters of the Earth's radius). On average, the Moon is at a distance of about 385,000 km from the center of the Earth, which corresponds to about 60 Earth radii. With a mean orbital speed of 1.023 km/s, the Moon moves relative to the stars each hour by an amount roughly equal to its angular diameter, or by about 0.5°. The Moon differs from most satellites of other planets in that its orbit is close to the plane of the ecliptic, and not to the Earth's equatorial plane. The lunar orbit plane is inclined to the ecliptic by 5.1°, whereas the Moon's spin axis is inclined by only 1.5°.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hohmann_transfer_orbit

In astronautics and aerospace engineering, the Hohmann transfer orbit is an orbital maneuver that, under standard assumption, moves a spacecraft from one circular orbit to another using two engine impulses. This maneuver was named after Walter Hohmann, the German scientist who published it in 1925.

The Hohmann transfer orbit is one half of an elliptic orbit that touches both the orbit that one wishes to leave (labeled 1 on diagram) and the orbit that one wishes to reach (3 on diagram). The transfer (2 on diagram) is initiated by firing the spacecraft's engine in order to accelerate it so that it will follow the elliptical orbit; this adds energy to the spacecraft's orbit. When the spacecraft has reached its destination orbit, its orbital speed (i.e., orbital energy) must be increased again in order to make its new orbit circular; the engine is fired again to accelerate it to the required velocity.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orbit

In physics, an orbit is the path that an object makes around another object while under the influence of a source of centripetal force, such as gravity.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callisto_%28moon%29

Callisto is a moon of the planet Jupiter, discovered in 1610 by Galileo Galilei.[1] It is the third largest moon in the Solar System and the second largest in the Jovian system, after Ganymede. Callisto has about 99% the diameter of the planet Mercury but is much less massive. It is the fourth Galilean moon of Jupiter by distance, with an orbital radius of about 1,880,000 kilometers.[2] It does not form part of the orbital resonance that affects three inner Galilean satellites, Io, Europa and Ganymede, and thus does not experience appreciable tidal heating.[9] Callisto rotates synchronously with its orbital period, so the same face is always turned toward Jupiter. Callisto's surface is less affected by Jupiter's magnetosphere than the other inner satellites because it orbits further away.

Callisto is the outermost of the four Galilean moons of Jupiter. It orbits at a distance of approximately 1,880,000 km

JUPITER'S MOON CALLISTO MAY HIDE SALTY OCEAN

Jupiter's second largest moon, Callisto, may have a liquid ocean tucked under its icy, cratered crust, according to scientists studying data gathered by NASA's Galileo spacecraft.

The Galileo findings, to be published in the Oct. 22 issue of the journal Nature, reveal similarities between Callisto and another of Jupiter's moons, Europa, which has already displayed strong evidence of a subsurface ocean.

"Until now, we thought Callisto was a dead and boring moon, just a hunk of rock and ice," said Dr. Margaret Kivelson, space physics professor at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and principal investigator for Galileo's magnetometer instrument, which measures magnetic fields around Jupiter and its moons. "The new data certainly suggest that something is hidden below Callisto's surface, and that something may very well be a salty ocean."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_%28physics%29

In physics, motion means a continuous change in the position of a body relative to a reference point, as measured by a particular observer in a particular frame of reference. Until the end of the 19th century, Isaac Newton's laws of motion, which he posited as axioms or postulates in his famous Principia were the basis of what has since become known as classical physics. Calculations of trajectories and forces of bodies in motion based on Newtonian or classical physics were very successful until physicists began to be able to measure and observe very fast physical phenomena.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton%27s_laws_of_motion

Newton's laws of motion are three physical laws which provide relationships between the forces acting on a body and the motion of the body, first compiled by Sir Isaac Newton.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kepler%27s_laws_of_planetary_motion

In astronomy, Kepler's laws of planetary motion are three mathematical laws that describe the motion of planets in the Solar System. German mathematician and astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571–1630) discovered them.

Beth: I have to find happiness in myself.

Sid: No, that's wrong. People tell you that, but it's wrong. I've lived with people who have that 'happiness from within', that happiness... it's just them being pleased with themselves. It's not enough. It's a lonely thing.

Act 4. Scene VI

SCENE VI. Fields near Dover.

Enter GLOUCESTER, and EDGAR dressed like a peasant

GLOUCESTER

When shall we come to the top of that same hill?

EDGAR

You do climb up it now: look, how we labour.

GLOUCESTER

Methinks the ground is even.

EDGAR

Horrible steep.

Hark, do you hear the sea?

GLOUCESTER

No, truly.

EDGAR

Why, then, your other senses grow imperfect

By your eyes' anguish.

GLOUCESTER

So may it be, indeed:

Methinks thy voice is alter'd; and thou speak'st

In better phrase and matter than thou didst.

EDGAR

You're much deceived: in nothing am I changed

But in my garments.

GLOUCESTER

Methinks you're better spoken.

[Speaking for the first time]

Rheya Kelvin: Don't blow it.

Chris Kelvin: [laughs] You start.

Rheya Kelvin: I did.

Chris Kelvin: Really? All right, I'm going to resist the impulse to ask you about the doorknob.

Rheya Kelvin: Do you always resist your impulses?

Chris Kelvin: Not always.

Rheya Kelvin: Try poetry.

Chris Kelvin: And death shall have no dominion...

Rheya Kelvin: Mm, Thomas. It's not a very happy poem, though.

Chris Kelvin: Well, you didn't seem very happy when I saw you on the train.

Rheya Kelvin: [laughs] I wasn't.

Chris Kelvin: And tonight?

Rheya Kelvin: It's early.

Chris Kelvin: Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong, and somehow I was wrong about everything.
