SPOKANE, Wash. – Authorities confirmed Wednesday that a Spokane County Sheriff’s deputy was able to get away with avoiding work for months because he made it look like he was working. Spokane County Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich claimed Deputy Todd Saunders ran random license plate numbers when he was not on the streets.
Saunders with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office was placed on administrative leave in March after allegations surfaced from a citizen that he had inappropriate on-duty behavior. Officials say he was a master at fooling his colleagues into believing he was doing honest police work.
“He was running license plates, he was checking names but what we didn’t know, he wasn't running those plates out on the street. He was doing that at the lady's house,” said Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich.
Officials had to spend days apologizing to citizens Saunder’s victimized by running their information without cause. One of the victims was the woman in questions ex-husband, who has since filed an anti-harassment order against Saunders.
“What's even worse for the community and our agency is we are highly audited in reference to our background checks and everything else. This could result in a finding against the Sheriff's Office, “ added Knezovich.
Saunders has worked at four different police agencies in the Spokane area over the course of his career. That includes working for the Spokane Police Department. KREM 2 News learned Saunders’ stint on SPD’s payroll was brief. Officials said he never made it off probation.

The actor who portrayed Connie Nielsen's husband in "One Hour Photo" was 33.59 years old on 7/3/2002. That was right about the time Kirk Tavener, my manager at Microsoft, showed me that pornographic video, "Priceless," during my performance review. This movie, "One Hour Photo" premiered a few months later and represents how Bill Gates, and his paparazzi accomplices, have invaded my family's lives. A current example of these paparazzi's that are beyond psychotic are this Jeff Renner motherfucker weatherman on KING5 television. It is beyond insane that a goddamned paparazzi-weatherman, among all the others, has invaded my home all these years.

Suddler's head shook emphatically.
"Not at all, Dionna. In fact, more than anything they seemed concerned for our safety. In addition to the militia captain, we have a squad of Red Army infantrymen with us now, and their officer was very careful to say that he was here to protect us, not to threaten us. We were not allowed to approach the site of the incident, and of course we were not allowed to leave the area-but we wouldn't have, anyway. The tape was just returned to us a few minutes ago, and we were informed that we'd be allowed to make this live broadcast." The camera shifted to the building. "As you can see, there are roughly five hundred fire, police, and military personnel still here, sorting through the wreckage and looking for additional bodies, and just to our right is a Soviet TV news crew, doing the same thing we are." Toland examined the television picture closely. The one body he could see looked awfully small. He wrote it off to distance and perspective.
"Dionna, what we seem to have here is the first major terrorist incident in the history of the Soviet Union-"
"Since the bastards set themselves up," Toland snorted.
"We know for certain-at least we've been told-that a bomb was detonated in the Council of Ministers building. They're certain it was a bomb, not some kind of accident. And we know for sure that three, possibly more people were killed, and perhaps as many as forty or fifty wounded.

I told the militia officer who's been with us that I was in the U.S. Capitol building when the Weathermen's bomb was set off, back in 1970, and he replied rather disgustedly that Communism was indeed catching up with capitalism, that the Soviet Union was growing a bumper crop of hooligans.

A good day for contrails, Morris saw. Just the right mixture of temperature and humidity at high altitude, it would cause condensation in the hot exhaust from aircraft engines. They could see the tracks of air traffic crossing the Atlantic. The big twenty-power binoculars usually kept on the bridge wings for surface lookout work had been moved to the flying bridge atop the forward superstructure, and his lookouts were using them to identify the aircraft. They were mainly looking for Bears, the Soviet search aircraft that scouted targets for the Backfires.
Everyone was tense, and no relief was in sight. The submarine threat was bad enough, but with the carrier group savaged the day before, the convoy was virtually naked to air attack. They were too far at sea for any hope of land-based fighter protection. Pharris had only the most rudimentary air defenses. She could barely protect herself and was of no use whatever to anyone else. The ships equipped with surface-to-air missiles were now assembling in line on the north side of the convoy, twenty miles south of the frigate, while Pharris continued her antisubmarine search. All the frigate could do was keep watch on her threat-warning instruments and radio any data developed. They were sure that Ivan would be using his own Big Bulge search radars aboard the Bears to locate and classify the target. The convoy commander's plan was to use the SAM-ships as an additional row of targets, formed up just like the merchantmen. With luck, an especially curious Bear might mistake them for unarmed ships and be lured in for a visual search. A long shot, it was the only card they had to play . . .
"Contact! We have a Big Bulge radar bearing zero-zero-nine. Signal strength is low."
"Miss us, you bastard," the tactical action officer breathed.
"Not much chance of that," Morris said.
