I forgot about this but now I remember it very well having walked by there many many times years ago, during the last days of the year 2006 through September 2009.

I could see their heli-pad (presumably for helicopters) from the rooftop of the apartment building I lived down the street. (Well, yeah. There is the wind sock next to it.) I sat on that roof of that four or five story building on December 31 2006 to watch fireworks spitting out of the Space Needle. A few days earlier on Christmas Day 2006 I was still in that homeless shelter north in Shoreline next to the Costco.
