Subject: My sealed personnel records
I understand from your website at http://www.justice.gov/contact-us.html that you will forward my message to the appropriate department.
My personal and current assignment on a mission critical to United States of America national security required my personnel records sealed.
My sealed records establish that I currently maintain active duty status with the United States Marshals Service as Chief Deputy United States Marshal, under the name Wayne Newman. During my employment, I have at all times served a dual status role as a warrant officer and then commissioned officer of the United States Marine Corps as Matt Kline.
I give public notice that your failure to unseal my current legitimate and active status with the United States Marshals Service establishes malice and criminal hostility against my current status as Chief Deputy United States Marshal and commissioned general officer of the United States Marine Corps.
Sincerely,
Kerry W. Burgess
