After my memory was suppressed from conscious awareness and I was struggling to regain conscious awareness of my true memory, of who I am and where I am, I imagine that most people who know me, such as my father and my wife, were happy just that I remembered to wear pants or sufficient clothing went I walked outside my apartment. Sometimes I look down just to make certain that I am wearing pants.

As I recall, Phoebe
wrote in a letter to me to “never forget that dance where we met because I never will.” That is quite humorous, really more humorous than I can articulate, if it represents me landing on Saturn’s moon, Phoebe. I have these moments where I want to scream because there is something locked in my mind that I can’t articulate. I was thinking something similar about the ‘darkness’ surrounding my spacecraft as I was billion miles away. There is truly a “great lakes” of emotion stored in my mind associated with so much that is forgotten. I feel this great humor in my mind about that comment from Phoebe, I feel that if I remember, I will laugh and laugh and laugh, for days on end probably.

I have so far found it impossible to find a reference to the scene that follows the scene of Ronald Reagan on television. The scenes after that has "David Herdeg" driving that silver-colored Jeep Wagoneer to the gas station his father owned. They look at photos of his father who was a race car driver. "Allison" notices that there are old photos of "David Herdeg" along with his father and thus the similarity in appearance of the "David Herdeg" she knows and the one in the photographs.

The Philadelphia Experiment (film)
The Philadelphia Experiment is a 1984 science fiction film. It is directed by Stewart Raffill and stars Michael Paré, Bobby Di Cicco, and Nancy Allen.
The plot is based on the urban legend of the Philadelphia Experiment. In 1943, two sailors, David Herdeg (Paré) and Jim Parker (Di Cicco), are stationed on a ship in an experiment to make it invisible to radar. However, the experiment goes horribly wrong and Herdeg and Parker are the only two survivors. They both undergo time travel (because of the experiment) and find themselves in the Nevada desert in the year 1984.

At a motel they call Jim's family, who live in California on a ranch. David hears a familiar voice and hangs up, becoming despondent and angry; Allison is ready to leave him when he convinces her he needs her help.
