God, my blog is boring.

I stop for a minute and start trying to read recent blog posts with the mindset of someone who has just started reading my blog and that had never heard of it before.

The point here is not just far-fetched, just about how boring it is.

But then I read a few more posts and I get to the part where I reference biographical information about Microsoft Bill Gates and you clearly read: Jennifer and Phoebe.

Any reasonable person would look at that and believe that immediate arrest and confinement to United States federal prison of Microsoft Bill Gates is 100% justified and legal in the United States.

DD-214

I started thinking in recent days that Nancy Reagan controls access to my military records from 1990 and later.

I was thinking again about how I got a copy of my United States military DD-214 form that covers the period 1984 to 1990 and I gave some moderate thought to the signature of the person in the archives who signed the cover letter. Several times since then I have wondered if Nancy Reagan had actually signed that name "Thomas R. Seville" on there and that was supposed to make me think of something specific.

So anyway I have been thinking again that my military records from 1990 are sealed and I don't yet have access to those records.

I started thinking recently that Nancy Reagan can sign off on the release of those files and then I can do what ever I want with them.

I have been thinking that Ronald Reagan was personally directing my military career, because of our biological relationship, and especially because of the criminal activity directed at my person. I have been thinking that my US military activities from 1990 have been classified records and certain prior events, such as 19 July 1989, are sealed also.

I started thinking that at some point Nancy Reagan is going to authorize the release of my military records from 1990 and later.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:01 AM
There was also an element in that dream, I think at the point where I was supposed to do the fly-by of Lily Jang, that I realized I had let myself gain too much altitude. I think I was having trouble by that time with reading the instrument panel, because it all had become sort of blurry, and I didn't realize I had been drifting upwards for too long. I am not certain what I did after that point but I can recall vaguely that I was still flying.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:04 AM
I can still sort of visualize the lights on the highway and other reference points I used to navigate my way along to the point I was supposed to fly over.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:05 AM
I didn't seem to gain a tremendous amount of altitude, so I don't know what that means. I would say that I might have gained 100 feet of altitude, which seems unimportant for that kind of fly-by so I don't understand that element of the dream.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:09 AM
I stomped on the left foot pedal, but I seemed to roll to the right. I am not certain if that is correct or not. I want to say that if I stomped on the left pedal, then I would have done a snap-roll to the left.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:10 AM
Or maybe that is correct.

The left foot pedal would raise - I think it would raise - the left aileron, which I think is on the tail, or maybe it would raise the flap on the trailing edge of the left wing. When that control surface is raised, it seems....now that I think it though, I think the aircraft would roll in that direction. The control surface catches the air and creates a drag on that side of the aircraft, which causes it to change attitude on that side. Something like that. I feel slightly confused.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:14 AM
The part about the longitudinal axis sounds correct, in terms of what I am trying to describe.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aileron

Ailerons are hinged control surfaces attached to the trailing edge of the wing of a fixed-wing aircraft. The ailerons are used to control the aircraft in roll. The two ailerons are typically interconnected so that one goes down when the other goes up: the downgoing aileron increases the lift on its wing while the upgoing aileron reduces the lift on the other wing, producing a rolling moment about the aircraft's longitudinal axis.

Modern military aircraft may have no ailerons on the wings at all, and combine roll control with an all-moving tailplane. This is a taileron or a rolling tail.

JOURNAL ARCHIVE: 01/13/08 4:19 AM
In a roll, slower than a snap roll, which I think of as a very quick roll, the rudder would be used to keep the aircraft centered on its original heading. The roll would cause the aircraft to drift to one side or the other, which I think is known as yaw.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_control_surfaces

Longitudinal axis

The longitudinal axis passes through the plane from nose to tail. Rotation about this axis is called bank or roll. Bank changes the orientation of the aircraft's wings with respect to the downward force of gravity. The pilot changes bank angle by increasing the lift on one wing and decreasing it on the other. This differential lift causes bank rotation around the longitudinal axis. The ailerons are the primary control of bank. The rudder also has a secondary effect on bank.

Hubble Upgrade Starts Out '100% Successful'

Space: Astronauts install new equipment aboard orbiting telescope as it soars around Earth. Additional spacewalks planned through Sunday.

February 15, 1997 From Associated Press

HOUSTON — Working with practiced ease while circling Earth at 5 miles a second, a spacewalking duo plugged two new science instruments into the Hubble Space Telescope on Friday to expand its vision of the cosmos.

"From an astronomical point of view, it is almost impossible to imagine the Hubble Space Telescope being any better than it's been for the last three years, but you guys have made it so," said Hoffman, an astronaut-astronomer who took part in the 1993 mission to fix Hubble's blurred vision.

Shuttle Takes Hubble Higher Up To Avoid Orbiting Space Junk

By Marcia Dunn

AP

SPACE CENTER, Houston - Space shuttle Discovery fled to a safer, higher orbit with the Hubble Telescope yesterday to avoid a piece of space junk the size of a book.

The fragment of an exploded rocket would have come dangerously close to Discovery, its seven astronauts and the telescope anchored in the cargo bay had the crew not steered out of the way.

Astronauts making the mission's second spacewalk Friday night discovered a surprising number of cracks and tears in Hubble's thin, outer insulation, as well as holes punched into the solar panels by micrometeorites.

A few hours after Discovery's pilots steered the shuttle and the moored Hubble into a 2-mile-higher orbit to extend the lifetime of the telescope, they were ordered to go up an additional half-mile.

A fragment of an exploded Pegasus rocket was due to pass within a half-mile of the shuttle and telescope, officials said, and Mission Control did not want to take any chances.

The Pegasus was launched in 1994 with a military-research satellite, which ended up in the wrong orbit. The rocket fragment was one of 8,014 orbiting objects being tracked by the U.S. Space Command yesterday, most of it junk.

Son of a...
So, history may be tougher to beat than I imagined.
You're becoming a real pain in the ass, Lasky.
You take an awful lot of risks for someone who's supposed to be intelligent.
Do I? "The attack on Pearl Harbor was far from a surprise for many people
among them, the prominent and ambitious Samuel S. Chapman
who had only two weeks before
publicly argued for an increase in our strength in the Pacific.
Ironically, the senator disappeared and was presumed dead
following the attack he had foreseen so clearly.
Had he lived, it's very possible
Chapman could have been Roosevelt's running mate in the 1944 election
and upon his death, the next president of the United States."
Now if that doesn't come under the heading of trying to beat history
I don't know what does.
Lasky, I realized who we had the moment I heard his name.
Why'd you keep it to yourself?
I don't have your appetite for playing God with the world.
What was I supposed to do, throw him back in the sea?
At least that would have preserved
the natural order of history as you've written it.

Stung!

A swarm of new media stories on young George W. Bush's dereliction of duty pops his heroic-leadership bubble.

BY ERIC BOEHLERT

TOPICS: GEORGE W. BUSH, TEXAS, NEWS

On Feb. 13, as controversy swirled around President Bush’s service in the Texas Air National Guard during the Vietnam War, the White House released more than 400 pages of documents on the press corps, proving, it claimed, that Bush had served honorably and fulfilled his commitment. The sudden rush of records, often redundant, jumbled and out of chronological order, generally left reporters baffled. From Bush’s point of view, the document dump was a political success, as the controversy cooled and the paper trail ran dry.

In retrospect, it’s doubtful that even White House aides understood all the information embedded in the records, specifically the payroll documents. It’s also unlikely they realized how damaging the information could be when read in the proper context. Seven months later, the document dump is coming back to haunt the White House, thanks to researcher Paul Lukasiak, who has spent that time closely examining the paperwork, and more important, analyzing U.S. statutory law, Department of Defense regulations, and Air Force policies and procedures of the 1960s and 1970s. As a result, Lukasiak arrived at the overwhelming conclusion that not only did Bush walk away from his final two years of military obligation, coming dangerously close to desertion, but he attempted to cover up his absenteeism through swindle and fraud.

Lukasiak’s findings, detailed on his Web site the AWOL Project, have since been bolstered and augmented by independent research by the Boston Globe and the Associated Press. On Wednesday, CBS News reported what may be among the most damaging details yet: that Bush’s squadron commander, the late Col. Jerry Killian, complained he was being pressured by higher-ups to give Bush a favorable evaluation after he suspended him from flying for failure to take his annual physical exam. Titled “CYA,” Killian’s memo concluded, “I’m having trouble running interference and doing my job.”

But for the last several months, Lukasiak has practically had the AWOL story to himself, as the mainstream media mostly seemed silenced by the big February document release, the daunting task of decoding military personnel records, and the repeated refrain from the Bush White House that the president was honorably discharged. Among the three most compelling conclusions reached by Lukasiak in his new, meticulous research, are:

Bush’s request to transfer to an Alabama Guard unit in 1972, in order to work on the Senate campaign of a family friend, Lukasiak found, was not designed to be temporary, but rather was Bush’s attempt to sever ties completely with the Texas Air National Guard and find a new, permanent unit in Alabama for which he was ineligible, where he wouldn’t have to do any training during his final two years. His superiors in Texas essentially covered for Bush’s getaway. However, the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) in Denver, Colo., which had final say, uncovered the attempted scam, put an end to it, and admonished Bush’s superiors for endorsing Bush’s bogus request. (The CBS News report shows that the locals were chafing at interference from “higher-ups” presumably connected to the powerful Bush family.) In the interim, Bush simply ignored his weekend duties for nearly six straight months, not bothering to show up at military units in either Alabama or Texas.
