Those space shuttle flight numbers are not always in sequence so that would help me with scheduling for symbolism. For example, STS-64 was the flight before STS-68. After STS-68 was STS-66 and STS-63 was after that.
I was 35 years, 9 weeks, 2 days, old when STS-49 launched. I started thinking it might represent when I was 4.9 years old, which was when the 1964 Innsbruck Olympics started.
This movie might form a 1-593 clue with when I was shot down in Libya. It premiered 15 years, 9 months, 16 days after 2/14/1986. The Friday premiere date would meet the criteria, though, of the artistic device I used. I don't care much for this movie though. I thought they really hammed up the flight sequence when they were shot down. The action scenes are filmed pretty good though. It's really not such a bad Navy movie.
The movie premiered on a Friday and the following Wednesday, 12/5/2001, was 15 years, 9 months, 3 weeks, after 2/14/1986.

Release Date: 30 November 2001 (USA)
Plot Outline: A Navy navigator is shot down over enemy territory and is ruthlessly pursued by a secret police enforcer and the opposing troops. Meanwhile his commanding officer goes against orders in an attempt to rescue him.
I think this actor was the pilot of the F/A-18 that was shot down. He was born 3.59 years after 6/19/1968.

Behind Enemy Lines (2001) .... Lt. Chris Burnett
These clues suggest a connection me and the details I have described about other times I might have been shot down behind enemy lines. The first time is associated with Lt. Lassen on 6/19/1968, for which he earned the Medal of Honor during the Vietnam War. The second time was the period 4/10/1972 to 4/13/1972, for which Lt. Thomas R. Norris was awarded the Medal of Honor. The third time was the dates I recognize as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire in Africa and was a Prisoner of War in Libya. My thoughts suggest I was the bombadier/navigator in 1986, for some reason on that flight where we were shot down, but I was usually the pilot.

Behind Enemy Lines is a 2001 film starring Gene Hackman and Owen Wilson.
The film is centered on a massacre in the Bosnian war of 1992-1995. Admiral Leslie Reigart's (Hackman) carrier battle group is in the final stages of a NATO peace keeping deployment when the F/A-18F Super Hornet of Chris Burnett (Owen Wilson) and his pilot Jeremy Stackhouse (Gabriel Macht) is shot down by a SA-13 SAM controlled by renegade Serbian forces led by General Miroslav Lokar (Olek Krupa). Lokar is committing a secret genocidal campaign against the Bosnian people in a no-fly zone that the NATO plane violates and photographs; wanting to avoid being discovered, Lokar has the plane shot down and kills Stackhouse while Burnett escapes and makes radio contact with his superiors.
The resulting attempts to rescue the downed aviator are complicated by political considerations which are enforced on Reigart by his NATO commanding officer Admiral Juan Miguel Piquet (Joaquim de Almeida).
In Bosnia, the lone U.S. navigator attempts to evade Serbian troops and a mercenary Serb sniper (Vladimir Mashkov). After dodging Serb special forces, mine fields, and tanks, he manages to contact the carrier. After retrieving photographic evidence of the massacres, he is rescued in a dramatic helicopter rescue mission.
