The birthdate of this actress puts 11/28/1976 at the mid-point with 4/14/1977. I recognize 11/28/1976 as when I left the Jupiter moon Callisto to return to Earth after diverting the comet. I assume it is supposed to be a similar clue as with "Midway," "Armageddon," Liv Tyler, and Angelina Jolie. The character "Helen" is the pivotal character of that movie "Troy."

I have beening thinking the reason the movie 1976 "Midway" was released was to create some kind of historical marker with my mission to divert the comet in the outer solar system. There are other reasons for ther release of that I haven't re-discovered yet. I keep thinking of that scene where Charleton Heston tells his son: "You're being paid to fly fighter planes, not sit in your bunk and cry over your girl's picture! You better shape up, Tiger or some hotshot Jap pilot's gonna flame your *ass*!"

Based on my previous calculations, I think I was about 13 days out from the planet Mars on my way to Saturn before intercepting the comet that I had a catastrophic loss of oxygen from a meteor storm. I have no conscious idea of how far I had traveled in those 13 days from Mars, but I think my rate of travel was much greater after leaving Mars that it was in getting to Mars. Based on these dates I recognize, I traveled from Earth to Mars in 80 days. But I think that date was scheduled and I didn't travel as fast as I could to get there. The date 1/21/1976 was 6.5 years after the Apollo 11 landing and I think that was the reason. After I left Mars though, I was probably traveling at full speed and I traveled a lot further in those 13 days than I did in the 13 days after leaving Earth. I think one reason was that I was performing a sort of leap-frog maneuver over the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Since that seems to be my first departure from the ecliptic, I would have had to travel a lot faster because I wasn't traveling in a straight line to Saturn. I can only speculate - or at least it feels that way - on the capabilities of that ship I traveled in to divert the comet. I've found some information about that type of propulsion system but I don't know if it is the same as I had. The information I found does suggest, if it's correct, that such a rate of travel is possible, though, and I am going to write later about some of my thoughts on the topic.

That movie "Midway" premiered almost 5 months after I left the planet Mars and I think I transmitted back a script addition with that line with Charlton Heston telling his son to shape up and do his job as sort of a reminder for my family as to why I was out there and why I wasn't going to return to Earth for repairs to my ship. I have also been thinking for a long time that Heston's 1971 "The Omega Man" reflects how life would have been for me if I had failed in my mission to divert the comet in 1976. There would have been survivors probably, but they would have been very pissed off at me for failing. The plot element of them being sensitive to sunlight represents that they had survived by living in caves, similar to that plot element of the 1998 "Deep Impact."

Hurricane Gracie was a 1959 Atlantic hurricane. "Grace" was the name of "Harry S. Stamper's" daughter in "Armageddon." He also refers to her as "Gracie" in the movie.

176 - Remarks on Awarding the Congressional Medal of Honor to Four Members of the Armed Forces.

March 4th, 1976

We are gathered here today to honor four Americans for exceptional military gallantry in the service of our Nation. All four of these men distinguished themselves above and beyond the call of duty. I deeply regret that one of the awards, to the late Captain Lance P. Sijan, of the United States Air Force, is posthumous. The other three, Rear Admiral James P. Stockdale, United States Navy; Colonel George E. Day, United States Air Force; and Lieutenant Thomas R. Norris, United States Naval Reserve, are here with us today.

I recognize the date 2/14/1986 as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire and I have puzzled over the three announcements from President Reagan from that day. In my artificial and symbolic memories, my younger sister, Margaret Melissa Burgess Walraven was born 2/14/1968. The date 12/23/1991 seems to be encoded in my U.S. military DD-214 document from the Military Personnel Records center and that was Admiral Stockdale’s 68th birthday. He received the Medal Of Honor for his bravery as a Prisoner of War in Vietnam.

That 12/23/1991 date that seems to suggest Admiral Stockdale’s 68th birthday is in the form of a typographic error on that form. And there is also the fact that the military education courses listed there represent almost entirely the period I recognize as being missing in Africa. Specifically:

14. Military Education (Course title, number of weeks, and month and year completed)
Fire Control Technician “A” School 23wks 86Nov; Terrier MK 152 Computer Complex 91wks 87 Jun; BE&E SSC 12wks 86Apr;

Lance Sijan the Medal of Honor recipient that President Ford indicated was not there to accept the award. Sijan was 6168 days old when I was born. The day I was 6168 days old was 1/21/1976. That is the day I recognize that I landed on the planet Mars.

I assume it was after I left Mars and before that 3/4/1976 ceremony, I hit a meteor storm that turned my flight into a one-way mission to the comet. I would only have enough oxygen left to make it to the Jupiter moon Callisto after I diverted the comet on 7/4/1976. I discovered I could manufacture oxygen on Callisto though and I was able to make it back home.

The date 1/21/1976 is the day I recognize as when I first landed on the planet Mars. Sort of my first port visit as I made my way out to the comet in the outer solar system. I recognize the day 1/23/1976 as the day I left the planet Mars. The 1982 movie “E.T.” premiered precisely 333 weeks after I left the planet Mars.

From 1/21/1976 to 6/11/1982 is: 2333 days, or 333 weeks, 2 days

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial is a 1982 science fiction film directed by Steven Spielberg, starring Henry Thomas, Drew Barrymore, Dee Wallace and Peter Coyote. It tells the story of Elliott (Thomas), a lonely boy who befriends a benign alien dubbed E.T., that is stranded on Earth. He forms a mental, physical and emotional connection with E.T. and helps the alien find its way home, keeping it out of the government's sight.

Henry Thomas as Elliott: A lonely 10 year old boy who is picked on by his older brother and friends. Elliott adopts the missing alien.

Robert MacNaughton as Michael: Elliott's older brother. He is also adapting to driving a car, even without a license.

Drew Barrymore as Gertie: Elliott's younger sister, who dresses E.T. up and proudly says she taught him how to talk.

Dee Wallace as Mary: The children's mother, coming off a recent separation from her husband. She is mostly oblivious to the presence of the alien in her household.

The woman who portrays the mother of “Elliott” was 33 years, 5.9 months, old on 6/11/1982, the day the movie “E.T.” premiered.

Dee Wallace-Stone (born Deanna Bowers on December 14, 1948, in Kansas City, Kansas)[1] is an U.S. motion picture and television actress. She is remembered for her roles in several popular films. These include the starring role as Elliot's divorced mother in the Steven Spielberg film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982), her widest seen role.

I recognize the date 1/22/1976 as my first full day on the surface of the planet Mars. The actor who portrays “Elliott,” who finds the “E.T.” creature in that movie, was born 4573 days after I was born. Phoebe Cates was 4573 days old when I spent that first full day on the planet Mars before I left for the Saturn moon Phoebe.

Henry Jackson Thomas, Jr. (born September 9, 1971) is an American actor and musician. He has appeared in more than 40 films, but is probably best known for his role as Elliott in the 1982 Steven Spielberg film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and his part in the 1984 movie Cloak & Dagger.

I recognize the date 6/7/1976 as my first day on the Saturn moon Phoebe. I left on 6/9/1976 for my 7/2/1976 interception of the comet, somewhere above the ecliptic. The actor who portrays the brother of “Elliott” was 3459 days old on my second day on the Saturn moon Phoebe. The reason, I assume, for casting him as the brother of "Elliot" is probably in reference to the mythological figure Phoebe, whose brother was Apollo.

Drew Blyth Barrymore (born February 22, 1975) is an American actress and film producer. She has her own production company, Flower Films. Barrymore made her screen début in Altered States (1980); her breakout role came two years later in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial as Gertie, which brought the then young actress widespread attention, and she quickly became one of the most recognized child actresses.

I recognize the date 1/21/1976 as when I landed on the planet Mars for the first time. That would be second new celestial body I had been the first to visit. The Saturn moon Phoebe would be the second new moon I had been the first to visit.
