This Is What I Think.

This is bullshit, is all that is.

About ten minutes ago I noticed for the first time this film listed under the not-so-free "Free Movies!" section of the subscription cable television I have in King County Washington State with Comcast in Seattle.

I remember watching that film and I feel certain I remember watching it when it premiered in the theatres in 1994. But I don't know. I cannot recall anything associated with going to actually see it in the theatre and all I have is the feeling that I saw it in the theatre in 1994.

I am somewhat familiar with how the film progresses but I also recall thinking of how mediocre it was. I recall how some of the scenes were set in Charleston South Carolina and I remember those locations from when I was personally stationed there in the United States Navy in the mid- to late-1980s. I hope I can watch it all the through beginning in the next hour or two and not stop to make an official statement, which I will do at some point and I hope I can put that off until tomorrow.

Plot Summary for

Chasers (1994)

Eddie Devane, a born charmer, has used his term in the USNavy, where he's every man's friend and every girl's darling, to set up a lucrative scam at Uncle Sam's expense, counting on the proceeds to pay for the Porsche of his dreams. On 4 July, his discharge day, he is however assigned for SP duty, escorting prisoner Toni Johnson, with grumpy hard-ass sergeant Rock Reilly. That turns out a grueling job as she is clever and determined to escape, and Eddie soon succumbs to her female charms as in time even Rock may. And more surprises follow
