No, that wasn't in Memphis. That was in Vicksburg Mississippi where I stopped to make that phone call to Anonda. I just looked it up on map. I was traveling on interstate I-20 and I stopped just before crossing over the Mississippi River into Louisiana.
I took the southern route that time because I had gone through Greenville South Carolina. Other times when I drove to Arkansas I would take a northern route which took me through Tennessee.
Vicksburg. Of course. The Siege of Vicksburg.
But what does that has to do with my secret girlfriend? Was that her and have I somehow blocked memories of her so that I remember a specific time with her as that date with Anonda? Why would that have been created in my mind?
