and drugged me beyond any kind of measure that any American would experience here in America. All because I did not speak East German. My "I am here because I am a time traveler" went over successfully though. I started thinking in the past couple days that I was a prisoner of war in East Germany for only nine days before I disappeared, not unlike the scene in the 1995 film "Twelve Monkeys" with the dialog about the ceiling vent. That is why I was a prisoner of war in 1991 for nine days and why I was prisoner of war specifically for nine days in the year 1991 which was nine years after 1982.
We have passed the point where people can disregard the reality of this situation because it seems ridiculous. We are past that point now.
