When this movie was being produced, I assume, my family did not know for certain I had survived that bombing and that I was traveling across Africa to escape my captors.

I assume the "Lethal Weapon" movie was timed to release as close as possible to my 28th birthday on Tuesday, 3/3/1987. I guess it was because I was missing in Africa and presumed dead. I further assume that Mel Gibson reversed the roles somewhat and his character's sadness over the death of his wife actually reflects Phoebe and how every one thought I was dead. He is suicidal in the movie, but I think that element reflects me calling in the air strike on the prison I was being held as a human shield. I'm seeing that notion in some other films, such as "Dances With Wolves," or so I assume. But it is different in that Costner movie from how it was in Libya for me. I'll probably detail my thoughts on that notion later, assuming it is relevant to me in the first place.
