I remember writing about something similar in my private journal on my private internet-connected firewall-enabled Microsoft Windows personal computer back when I lived in that apartment in Kent Washington State in the first half of the year 2005.
I remember I was writing in my journal about my questions about how scientists could depend on their methods of measuring the size of the universe. I had read a little about it and I wondered how those measurements were affected by the bending of light as it traveled through the universe and especially at those extreme distances. If gravity bends light then how can you measure the shift of the wavelength and use that to determine distance? That was what I was wondering about in my notes. Thinking about it more I wonder if it matters though. I can think of some reasons why it might not matter. I don't know. I don't work in that field.
So anyway, I was also thinking again about how I went to the police department in the City of Kent Washington to complain about Microsoft stealing my identity and of how I was falsely imprisoned in the mental health unit for three days at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way Washington.
They drugged me secretly right from the start so my willful consent is completely destroyed right there, right from the start. I was just expecting to talk.
On the same day the psychiatrist at the hospital told me specifically over the phone that nothing was wrong with me, I went back to that City of Kent police department later that month, having gone there initially on 4 May 2005, and I wanted to follow up with the police officer I spoke to first. After waiting a while in the lobby, the receptionist sent me over to an adjoining building to talk to Detective Murray. I went up the elevator, a guy passed me in the hallway, I got to a telephone outside a locked door on the floor I was supposed to go to, I called Detective Murray at the number the receptionist gave me, I got his voice mail, I left a message, the guy I passed in the hallway was standing at the elevator looking back at me, he asked who I was looking for, I told him, he told me that he was Detective Murray, and then we spoke for a few minutes. All I got from him was some kind of bullshit story. That's what he said. I haven't done anything.

It don't mean nothing.
I remember very well the first night I was homeless. I think that was the first night. I had no idea where I would go, what I would do. I went to the drive-in theatre because I knew that place would be open late that night and the admission price was low. I was convinced that that only other car that was around me in those early morning hours was another zombie there to watch me. I remember clearly that one of the three movies showing that night, as I think I have that correct as I compose this note on my offline computer, in terms of how I think there were three new movies being shown two times during that night at the Auburn Valley drive-in theatre near where I had lived in Kent Washington State, and one of those new movies, which I had not ever seen until that night, was the racketeering production the 2005 film "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith."
I can still recall that I think that was the same day when I had earlier gone back to the St. Francis hospital where the police had taken me and I wanted to talk to that psych. again but he wouldn't see me because he said there was nothing wrong with me. I think I remember that because I talked to him over the phone while I was in the emergency room where that had taken me and where they had given me a sandwich to eat and that I think was drugged because I had a hard time again restraining myself from laughing. Maybe only a person working in the emergency room told me the psych. said he wouldn't see me because there was nothing wrong with me. I don't really remember certain details. I don't think by that time I was still taking the drugs the St. Francis hospital psych. doctor had prescribed for me about a month or slightly less but I had been doped up for awhile by them.
I was cooperating.
I went to them for help and that was their plan.
Their plan.
Their plan was to dope me up.
That was over six years ago.
So anyway, I had gone back to the Kent City police and I suspected that racketeering corrupted organization had staged something around me when I went there because of the "Detective Murray" bullshit I got from them in their office that day.
Those pansy city police punks don't like me being an official United States of America federal government agent undercover.
I really look forward to being able to go in there and put the handcuffs on that son of a bitch and throw him into jail but that isn't going to happen. They won't be charged. Where they are going they will wish that the United States of America federal prison system had got them. They will really wish that I had been there to arrest them. And I cannot. I cannot provide that 'least measure.'
That was only about three weeks after they had me inpatient at St. Francis hospital in the town Federal Way in Washington State. I don't recall when I stopped taking their drugs. I do remember that I did go to the pharmacy and pick up the drugs they prescribed for me. I don't recall when I stopped taking their drugs. Maybe I stopped only because the prescription ran out. I don't recall. The psych. wouldn't see me but I can now recall to some degree that I talked to a social worker who wasn't very much help to me. Towards the end of our conversation when I had gone back to the emergency room of St. Francis hospital at the end of May 2005 I think she asked what I was going to do after I left the hospital and I mentioned about sleeping in my Jeep and that I would just drive around all night. She asked me "Is that safe?"
That was when I went to the drive-in theatre and I saw the racketeering production "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" for the first time. Things were kind of fuzzy around, probably still the effects of the medication I was forced to take because I was cooperating, and I was sleeping at a rest stop off the interstate just south of Seattle. I think back to that time and I seemed to have been there for a long time but that was probably only about three days. I decided I couldn't keep doing that though and that was when I decided to drive up into the mountains and so I did that and I was sleeping in my Jeep up there for well over a week. I had an appointment with a social worker some time during that time and that was what brought me back to the nearby Seattle area. Nothing happened with that though. She did give me a bag full of food though but by that time I didn't really care about food and I only ate one can of food from the bag before I went to the police in Redmond to seek help from them because I had recently lived in that town and that was after I had made that half-crazed, or maybe full-crazed, long walk. I literally walked for about fifty miles before going back to my Jeep where I ate that can of food and fell asleep until the sunlight woke me up and I then went to the Redmond city police. And that was after that period where I was starving for a over a week and that was after they had dumped me off at the St. Francis hospital and that was all they have done about this very serious problem I have reported. They have done nothing about it. They didn't didn't do anything yesterday or the day before and they will do nothing about it tomorrow or anytime in the future. That was over six years ago when I went to the police. They have done nothing constructive about my complaints and they will continue to do nothing constructive about my complaints.
I'm just making public notice here that none of you should expect anything from me in the future.
We have an agreement, all of us.
You don't care that Microsoft Bill Gates is going to murder all of you and I believe you are capable of deciding for yourself to take action when necessary.

Bush Chooses Prosecutor to Reshape FBI
Law: U.S. Atty. Mueller is picked to lead an agency that is struggling with its credibility. A bruising nomination fight is probably avoided.

WASHINGTON — President Bush on Thursday chose Robert Mueller, an experienced government prosecutor who is now the U.S. attorney in San Francisco, to direct the FBI and wrestle with the spate of problems that has plagued the bureau.
In nominating Mueller, 56, for the 10-year term to succeed Louis J. Freeh, Bush took a course likely to avoid an angry, politically tinged confirmation battle in the Senate. Still, the hearing on Mueller's nomination is virtually certain to turn into an in-depth look at the agency's recent blunders.
As Mueller stood beside him in the White House Rose Garden on Thursday, Bush referred obliquely to the travails the bureau has encountered.

The Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda (German: Reichsministerium für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda or Propagandaministerium) was Nazi Germany's ministry that enforced Nazi Party ideology in Germany and regulated its culture and society. Founded on March 13, 1933, by Adolf Hitler's new National Socialist government, the Ministry was headed by Dr. Joseph Goebbels and was responsible for controlling the press and culture of Nazi Germany.

The Propaganda Ministry used many media to further the National Socialist message and maintain control over the people. Posters, newspapers, publishing, and the arts were all used and explicitly controlled by the Ministry.
Speeches were also used to great effect by the German Government. Goebbels commented on Hitler's first speech as Chancellor: "It will have great propaganda value...be used and viewed in cinemas for years to come...what an achievement."
Just before Hitler delivered this speech Goebbels introduced him and used the opportunity to highlight the importance of propaganda. "It seems you cannot have a good government without good propaganda, but then, you can't have good propaganda without a good government. However, you cannot lie! We must never lie!

Prosecutor nominated to head FBI / `No-nonsense' ex-Marine

WASHINGTON - Robert S. Mueller III, a career prosecutor and former Marine with a reputation for making tough decisions, was called upon by President Bush on Thursday to resurrect an FBI beset by high-profile blunders.
After a lengthy search, Mueller was picked to head the FBI at a critical point in the history of the nation's largest law enforcement agency. Those who know him said he has the right qualities for the job.
"He is a tough, no-nonsense former Marine who does not brook incompetence," said former Washington U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova.
"One thing I would emphasize about Bob Mueller: He is a guy who will know how to fire people when that is necessary."
In a brief White House ceremony, Bush said, "The FBI must be ready to protect Americans from new types of criminals who will use modern technology to defraud and disrupt our lives . . . And it must do all this with a firm commitment to safeguarding the constitutional rights of our citizens."
The president said, "Bob Mueller's experience and character convinced me that he's ready to shoulder these responsibilities."

Symposium on justice system first in honor of slain lawyer

Several local and national experts gathered in Seattle last night to argue the importance of DNA testing in the criminal-justice system, particularly death-penalty cases.
Many of those sentenced to death don't understand the judicial system and are too poor to afford qualified lawyers. Many on death row are coerced into confessing to crimes they didn't commit, several experts said, and if DNA were used to help prove their innocence, they'd go free.
The comments came during the first in a series of symposiums by the Thomas C. Wales Foundation, established in honor of the slain Seattle assistant U.S. attorney of the same name. About 125 people attended the discussion at downtown Seattle's Town Hall. A question-and-answer session followed.
DNA testing has been around for years but isn't as widely used in most capital cases. Witnesses' testimony isn't always reliable, experts said, yet defendants can be sent to jail for life or executed on the basis of it and other evidence.
"We will be doomed to repeat these problems in the future," Peter Neufeld said, if DNA testing isn't used as primary evidence in capital cases.
Neufeld is a member of the foundation and co-founder of the Innocence Project, a nonprofit legal clinic in New York that helps inmates get their convictions overturned in cases where there is biological evidence — DNA — that proves their innocence. Since its founding in 1992, the Innocence Project has exonerated 138 people.
"(There are) a surprising number of exonerations ... Many of those people were sentenced to die, and that is very sobering," said Kate Pflaumer, last night's moderator and a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Washington.
Among the nine panelists were Neufeld, King County Superior Court Judge Ron Kessler, private criminal-defense lawyer Jeffery Robinson, and King County Deputy Prosecutor Mark Larson.
Rick Wales, the president of the foundation and Thomas Wales' younger brother, said the foundation chose people of varying opinions to help present all sides of the issue — something his brother valued.
Thomas Wales, who primarily prosecuted white-collar crimes, was killed in the basement of his Queen Anne home Oct. 11, 2001, at the age of 49. Though criminal charges have not been filed in the case, federal investigators have focused on a Bellevue pilot.

Gun Control Advocate Is Shot, Killed at His Home

SEATTLE — A federal prosecutor who also was a leading figure in the national gun control movement died early Friday after he was shot at his home, apparently with a gun fired through a window as he worked at his computer, authorities said.
Thomas C. Wales, a white-collar crime prosecutor who had mobilized one of the nation's most far-reaching gun control initiative campaigns, died within hours of the 10:40 p.m. Thursday shooting.
Police said they had not identified a motive but said it was clear that Wales was "intentionally targeted." They said a man was seen running through a neighboring yard shortly after the shooting.
The attack came only a few days after a break-in at the Seattle offices of CeaseFire, the gun control organization that Wales headed as president.
"What the thinking is now is it was a professional job. People knew what they were doing. They staked out his house. Tom was working at a computer downstairs in his home, and somebody looked through the window with a gun and shot him. They never entered the house," said a CeaseFire spokesman, who asked not to be identified because of fears for his own safety.
He said members of the group have been frequent targets of death threats. "It happens on an ongoing basis--death threats to people like Tom and the executive director. They happen pretty regularly, mainly on the phone."
Wales, 49, was a proponent of an unsuccessful 1997 ballot initiative that was one of the most far-reaching gun control measures in the country. He was controversial among right-wing militants supportive of gun ownership rights, and also attracted attention from extreme anti-Semites.
In a gun ownership Internet discussion group in 1997, one participant ominously referred to "Tom Wales, yet another arrogant, gun-banning Jew, out in the open, unafraid."
Police were joined by the FBI in the investigation. They said they were conducting parallel inquiries that would include Wales' work in gun control and his work as a federal prosecutor.
Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft opened his news briefing Friday with the report of Wales' death, saying: "We have no knowledge of motive or any further details. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tom's family."
In the upscale neighborhood of Queen Anne where Wales had lived for several years, neighbors had reported hearing gunshots.
"I saw a man walking rapidly down the street and getting into a car," neighbor Emily Holt said.

Luther Waller, a Montgomery lawyer hwo had a third-row seat on the hijacked Birmingham-to-Montgomery flight, remembers the lax attitude toward security the day he boarded Flight 49.
"Before that, there was no security at all," he said. "You could buy a one-way ticket and walk onto the plane carrying a sidearm."
Waller, now 76, had been in Wisconsin on business and was returning to Montgomery on the flight. The plane passed through Memphis, stopped in Birmingham and left the gate about 6:30 PM on Nov. 10, 1972.
As the jet prepared to descend toward Montgomery, three armed men stood. One pressed a pistol to the side of Capt. William R. Haas' head and that began a journey that would last 30 hours.

Crime: Three desperate men threatened to crash a commandeered passenger jet into a nuclear reactor to get airline to meet their ransom demands.

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — Twenty-nine years ago, hijackers took over an airliner with 27 passengers and four crew aboard and threatened to crash into the government's nuclear weapons production complex in Oak Ridge.
"They let us know that if we didn't have the money by X hour then we were going to dive into Oak Ridge," co-pilot Harold Johnson recalled from his Memphis home. "And there was no doubt in my mind that we would have done just that."
Johnson would be threatened with his life and shot in the arm before the 32-hour ordeal that began over Alabama and extended to Toronto finally ended on Nov. 12, 1972, in Havana.
Airline hijackings to Cuba were common in those days. The commandeering of the Southern Airways DC9 with its smiley face on the nose was one of about 30 hijackings that year.
But this was one of the few times in American aviation history--before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon--in which an airplane was used as a weapon.
Johnson, who retired in 1983 and lives in Memphis, said domestic security measures were increased after his flight. But he said the government didn't go far enough, as evidenced by the latest hijackings.
"For a long, long time, it was something that I thought could happen someday, but had just hoped and prayed that it never would," he said.
"My thoughts were, 'Gee whiz, four airplanes. That's bad.' But it could have been 20 airplanes. Whoever put this together could have had 20 airplanes just as easily as he had four," he said.
But unlike the recent hijackers, the three Americans who took control of Johnson's Memphis-to-Miami-flight had little training and virtually no plan. They did have guns, a hand grenade and a grudge against Detroit, where two of them had been charged with rape.
Hijacker Melvin Cale had grown up in nearby Knoxville and had worked in Oak Ridge before moving to Detroit with his half-brother, Louis Moore, another hijacker. Henry Jackson of Detroit completed the trio. All were in their 20s.
They commandeered the plane about 10 minutes after a stopover in Birmingham, crashing through the cockpit door with an arm around a flight attendant's throat and a gun to her head.
They wanted a $10-million ransom from Detroit, 10 parachutes and 10 bulletproof vests, and told the pilots to fly north. But Detroit was fogged in, so the plane flew on. It refueled in Cleveland and Toronto before heading to Tennessee.
The plane reached Knoxville and began circling Oak Ridge, site of the Y-12 nuclear weapons plant and their specific target--a nuclear research reactor at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
The hijackers set a 1 p.m. deadline for their demands. But the pilots stalled them by saying they had changed time zones and were an hour early.
"It was surreal in a sense," said Jim Alexander, a former government spokesman at Oak Ridge. "We would look up in the sky and see this jet airliner circling. It was high, but it never left."
Reports suggest the facilities were evacuated. Alexander could only recall the question on everyone's mind: What would happen if the plane hit the reactor?

Hiroshima, Bombing of
The U.S. bombing of the Japanese city of Hiroshima was the first use of the atomic bomb. On 25 July 1945, commander of United States Strategic Air Forces General Carl Spaatz received orders to use the 509th Composite Group, Twentieth Air Force, to deliver a "special bomb" attack on selected target cities in Japan, specifically Hiroshima, Kokura, Niigata, or Nagasaki. Following rejection of conditions promulgated by the Potsdam Proclamation on 26 July, a declaration threatening Japan with total destruction if unconditional surrender was not accepted, President Harry S Truman authorized use of the special bomb.
Assembled in secrecy and loaded on the Boeing B-29 Superfortress Enola Gay, the bomb consisted of a core of uranium isotope 235 shielded by several hundred pounds of lead, encased in explosives designed to condense the uranium and initiate a fission reaction. Nicknamed "Little Boy," the bomb possessed a force equivalent to 12,500 tons of TNT (12.5 kilotons).
The Enola Gay, commanded by Colonel Paul Tibbets, departed Tinian at 2:45 A.M. on 6 August. Two B-29s assigned as scientific and photographic observers followed, and the three aircraft rendezvoused over Iwo Jima for the run over Japan. Captain William Parsons of the U.S. Navy completed the bomb's arming in the air shortly after 6:30 A.M. The flight to Japan was uneventful, and Tibbets was informed at 7:47 A.M. by weather planes over the targets that Hiroshima was clear for bombing. Japan's eighth largest city (it had about 245,000 residents in August 1945), Hiroshima was an important port on southern Honshu and headquarters of the Japanese Second Army.
The Enola Gay arrived over the city at an altitude of 31,600 feet and dropped the bomb at 8:15:17 a.m. local time. After a descent of some nearly 6 miles, the bomb detonated 43 seconds later some 1,890 feet over a clinic and about 800 feet from the aiming point, Aioi Bridge.

Mostar - The war in Bosnia and Hercegovina (BiH) caused much pain and destruction. Many people lost family, friends, and homes and some cities became divided. One of the best known of these is Mostar, the largest city in Hercegovina with 109,000 inhabitants. In 1522 Mostar became the headquarters of the Ottoman administration of Hercegovina. Many military missions against Venetian cities were launched from the city, which came under Austrian control from 1878-1918, and then became part of Yugoslavia. Today it is a part of BiH.
According to a pre-war consensus, Mostar’s population consisted of 20 % Bosnian-Serbs, 40 % Bosniacs and 40 % Bosnian-Croats. There are practically no longer any Bosnian-Serbs in the city, they are living in the mountains south and east of the city. Bosniacs, make up 55 % of the city’s inhabitants live east of the river. Bosnian-Croats make up the remaining 45 %, and live on the west side of the Neretva.
Mostar has a story to tell. It is the story of the Old Bridge, an elegant single span arch built over the river Neretva by the Ottoman Turks. Mostar is an old city, established in the 15th century when a small settlement began to form around an old Roman wooden bridge over the Neretva river, but the name Mostar comes from the old white limestone bridge Stari Most (most means bridge, and stari means old - hence Mostar) which was finished in 1566 after nine years construction for the Ottoman emperor Sultan Sleiman the Magnificent.
On November 9, 1993, during bitter civil war in the city, the bridge was shelled by a Bosnian Croat tank from Mt. Hum. One of its last roles had been to allow Muslim defenders of the "left bank" cross the river and take supplies to their supporters and the population that had remained there. It withstood many centuries, but it could not survive this concentrated effort to demolish it. After several direct hits, this magnificent piece of history crashed into the waters below.

The 11th-floor New York Avenue law offices with a strategic view of Washington's majestic landmarks are a fair distance from the one-stoplight town of Lonoke, Ark. But these days there is little about Lonoke's most famous native daughter that is not known in the polished suites of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Piece by piece, President Clinton's top-dollar legal team has taken apart the life of Paula Jones, examining topics from her job history to her possible sex partners. They turned up a check she bounced when reimbursing the Arkansas government for personal calls made on state phones. They found previous employers who fired her for tardiness or other reasons. They scoured personnel records and discovered she typed only 24 words per minute and scored 121 out of 174 on an Arkansas state clerical examination.
Venturing into more salacious territory, they interviewed as many as a half-dozen men who claimed to have had sex with her, including some who said they met her casually at parties or bars and then engaged in quick encounters, according to people close to the case. One former boss signed an affidavit alleging that she pursued him at work and that they slept together. After their short-lived relationship ended, he fired her -- in part, he said, because she dressed too provocatively.
Now that the lawyers essentially have finished gathering evidence and made the final pretrial effort to get Jones's sexual harassment lawsuit thrown out, a picture has emerged of who the president's defense team is and where it is headed. Led by veterans of past high-profile political cases, the Clinton legal squad is following an aggressive and political risky strategy centered on Jones herself. After all the attention focused on a president linked by fact or rumor to a host of women -- most recently and most perilously Monica S. Lewinsky -- Clinton's lawyers hope to turn the spotlight with blinding intensity on the life of his most persistent accuser.

This is the company on my work history document I got from the Social Security Administration a couple years ago. I noted that UFP reminded me of "United Federation of Planets" from the "Star Trek" television series. The company I worked at before them was in Alexandria, Virginia, and the initials ISS reminded me of the International Space Station. After that was a company named Eagle in Columbia, South Carolina.

And he enjoys playing jokes on the servants, who are told not to ''dither around'' the prince lest he get cranky. One of his favorite jokes is hiding Monkey, a puppet, in a different spot every day.
